Promover el buen uso de las tecnologías
REINICIEMOS es un programa universal de promoción de los buenos usos de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC). Tiene como objetivo promover entre los jóvenes y las jóvenes un proceso de reflexión en torno a los usos de las TIC, haciendo énfasis en los usos intensivos o malos usos y en las diferentes conductas de riesgo que se pueden asociar, favoreciendo decisiones más informadas y autónomas en todos sus aspectos; así como dotar a madres, padres y otros familiares de herramientas para educar en un uso saludable de éstas.
A partir de las presentaciones didácticas, se proponen reflexiones para debatir y actividades que, partiendo de situaciones cercanas a adolescentes y jóvenes, facilitan trabajar algunos aspectos de las TIC, poniéndoles al alcance elementos informativos y educativos, rehuyendo de enfoques alarmistas que les son ajenos, y fomentando alternativas.
Las dinámicas que se proponen reclaman una participación activa tanto de la persona que dirija las actividades como de los participantes, con la intención de promover que los adolescentes adopten pautas saludables de uso y una visión crítica sobre las herramientas a su alcance, así como de las relaciones que establecen a través de éstas.
Objetivos
Trabajar preventivamente el uso de las TIC.
Fomentar su uso adecuado y crítico.
Prevenir sus usos problemáticos.
Promover que desde las familias se establezcan pautas de uso adecuadas.
Reflexionar sobre cuestiones como las e-relaciones , los estereotipos, el consumismo, los efectos sobre el medio ambiente y las relaciones Norte-Sur.
Enfoque teórico
El programa se ha diseñado según distintos modelos sociocognitivos: modelo de creencias, teoría de la acción planificada, modelo transteórico del cambio y teoría del aprendizaje social.
Población destinataria
Jóvenes a partir de 11 años (preferentemente entre 12 y 16 años).
Padres y madres.

El programa REINICIEMOS incluye seis presentaciones en formato Prezi de las que se recomienda aplicar, como mínimo, dos por grupo:

TIC, habilidades educativas y posicionamiento
MONITOREO PANTALLAS es un programa familiar de promoción de los buenos usos de las TIC (tecnologías de la información y comunicación) y prevención de adicciones centrada en el entrenamiento de habilidades educativas de padres y madres.
Algunos de los principales factores de riesgo y factores de protección para el uso abusivo de las pantallas y otras conductas problemáticas en la infancia y la adolescencia se encuentran en el entorno familiar. Este es el punto de partida del programa, que pretende fortalecer el entorno familiar mejorando las competencias educativas de las familias. La evidencia científica ha puesto de manifiesto que los programas familiares basados en el entrenamiento de las habilidades parentales se encuentran entre los más eficaces para promover la salud de sus hijos e hijas y evitar otras conductas de riesgo.
MONITOREO PANTALLAS se lleva a cabo en 3 sesiones formativas y de entrenamiento de habilidades en las que se utiliza una metodología dinámica. Se combinan breves explicaciones, modelado, discusiones en grupo, análisis de situaciones, práctica de habilidades y soporte y reforzamiento grupal.
Objetivos
Modificar los factores de riesgo y factores de protección mediante el aumento de los conocimientos sobre las TIC por parte de las familias, la mejora de sus habilidades educativas y la clarificación de la posición familiar en relación con el uso de las TIC.
Enfoque teórico
El programa se ha diseñado según el modelo de ecología social (Kumpfer y Turner, 1990, 1991).
Población destinataria
Madres y padres con hijos e hijas preadolescentes, entre 8 y 14 años.
Actividades / Contenidos
El programa MONITOREO PANTALLAS consta de 3 sesiones, que se desarrollan a lo largo de tres semanas:
- S1. Comunicación familiar 120 minutos.
- S2. Normas y límites. 120 minutos.
- S3. Posición familiar sobre las TIC. 120 minutos.
Durante las sesiones se combina el entrenamiento de habilidades educativas con los contenidos sobre el uso de las TIC. Contenidos:
- Uso adecuado y crítico.
- Prevención de usos problemáticos.
- E-relaciones, consumismo, efectos en el medio ambiente, relaciones Norte-Sur, etc.

ON-OFF

Una invitación a la reflexión sobre las pantallas y sus aspectos positivos y negativos
ON-OFF es un programa de promoción de los buenos usos de las tecnologías de la información y comunicación (TIC) y de prevención de problemas asociados a su mal uso. Su principal objetivo es promover un uso saludable de las pantallas, reflexionando sobre los aspectos positivos y negativos del uso de las mismas.
ON-OFF está diseñado en torno a una exposición de 10 paneles. Los paneles que configuran la exposición proponen diferentes reflexiones y actividades que permiten trabajar distintas cuestiones relacionadas con las TIC incorporando, en todo momento, la perspectiva de género.
Las dinámicas que se proponen requieren de una participación activa de los participantes, con la intención de promover pautas de uso saludables de las TIC y una visión crítica sobre las relaciones que establecen con ellas.
Objetivos
Promover un uso saludable de las tecnologías, destacando las ventajas que estas tienen y las alternativas de ocio incompatibles con su uso inadecuado o abusivo.
Aumentar la percepción de riesgo asociado al uso abusivo o inadecuado de las TIC (internet, videojuegos, móvil, etc.).
Aumentar la conciencia sobre la importancia de las cuestiones relacionadas con la privacidad y las TIC.
Desarrollar habilidades sociales y habilidades personales para limitar la vulnerabilidad frente a los malos usos de las TIC.
Acompañar a los educadores y técnicos locales de prevención en la realización de actividades educativas con adolescentes para promover un uso saludable de las TIC y prevenir su mal uso y problemas asociados.

(DES)CONECTADOS/DAS es un programa de promoción de los buenos usos de las tecnologías de la relación, la información y la comunicación (TRIC) y de prevención de los problemas asociados a los usos de riesgo.
Consta de una exposición digital formada por diez paneles que incorporan elementos interactivos, así como de la presente guía de actividades, dirigidas al trabajo con grupos de adolescentes de 10 a 12 años aproximadamente, para reflexionar sobre diferentes aspectos relacionados con uso de las TRIC. El planteamiento y los contenidos se han elaborado con perspectiva de género, atendiendo a los diferentes usos de las TRIC que hacen los y las adolescentes.
Objetivos
Promover unos usos saludables de las tecnologías, destacando las ventajas que estas tienen.
Aumentar la percepción de riesgo asociado al uso abusivo o inadecuado de las TIC (internet, videojuegos, móvil, etc.).
