Drogues. Educar per Prevenir

Es tracta d’un programa familiar de prevenció universal de les drogodependències amb idees per reflexionar sobre la manera d’educar els fills i filles i evitar que tinguin problemes amb les drogues.
El programa gira al voltant d’una exposició que facilita l’anàlisi, la valoració i el propòsit de canvi, si escau, en relació amb les pautes educatives que empren els pares i les mares amb els seus fills i filles. Els plafons tracten sobre els aspectes educatius que són rellevants per prevenir el consum de tabac, alcohol i altres drogues.
L’exposició es complementa amb una guia que aporta orientacions per promoure i organitzar activitats complementàries a la visita de l’exposició.
El programa pot ser utilitzat com a eina per a la captació de famílies per a la realització d’un programa de prevenció familiar més ampli, com poden ser MONEO, PROTEGO o DÉDALO.
Objectius
- Millorar la informació sobre drogues dels pares i mares.
- Potenciar les habilitats educatives dels pares.
- Clarificar la posició de la família en relació amb el consum de drogues.
Model teòric
El programa s’ha dissenyat segons el model d’ecologia social (Kumpfer i Turner, 1990, 1991), el model ecològic social de promoció de la salut (McLeroy, Bibeau, Steckler i Glanz, 1988), el model evolutiu del desenvolupament de les conductes problemàtiques a la infància (Conduct Problems Prevention Research Group, 1992) i el model de desenvolupament social (Catalano i Hawkins, 1996).
Població destinatària
Mares i pares amb fills i filles preadolescents i adolescents, entre 12 i 16 anys.
Activitats i continguts
El programa DROGUES? EDUCAR PER PREVENIR consta de tres activitats:
- Visita a l’exposició i fòrum de discussió amb professionals. 60 minuts.
- Visita a l’exposició i fòrum de discussió sense professionals. 60 minuts.
- Taller de resolució de situacions conflictives. 60 minuts.

Les activitats són grupals i es recomana que les faci un tècnic/a en prevenció sobre drogues i experiència en la conducció de grup i treball amb famílies.

Programa familiar de prevenció universal de l’ús problemàtic de l’alcohol, dissenyat com a una eina per fomentar la reflexió entorn de la beguda i les seves conseqüències, amb orientacions per a pares i mares amb fills i filles menors d’edat.
La guia informativa Que no s’ho empassin tot! s’adreça a pares i mares, i s’acompanya d’una xerrada de suport del programa «T’ho empasses tot?» per tal de facilitar orientacions educatives sobre l’alcohol amb els fills i filles menors d’edat. D’aquesta manera es pretén complementar des de la família el treball fet en la mateixa direcció per altres instàncies socials, en l’àmbit escolar i comunitari.
El desenvolupament dels continguts de la guia i el taller ha comptat amb la participació de diferents organitzacions implicades en el programa. Això ha permès unificar criteris per afavorir des de casa i en sinergia amb l’escola i altres recursos comunitaris, una educació millor sobre l’alcohol en menors, que contribueixi si més no, a retardar-ne l’edat d’inici del consum.
Objectius
- Millorar la informació de les famílies dels adolescents en relació amb l’alcohol.
- Augmentar la percepció de risc en relació amb el consum d’alcohol.
- Analitzar i desmuntar tòpics i creences errònies en relació amb l’alcohol.
- Augmentar el grau de consciència sobre les conseqüències negatives del “binge drinking” o episodis de consum intensiu d’alcohol.
- Reflexionar sobre el posicionament familiar al voltant del consum d’alcohol en els fills i filles.
Model teòric
El programa s’ha dissenyat d’acord amb models sociocognitius: model de creences, teoria de l’acció planificada, model transteòric del canvi i teoria de l’aprenentatge social.
Població destinatària
Mares i pares amb fills i filles preadolescents i adolescents, d’entre 12 i 16 anys.

És un programa familiar de prevenció universal de conductes addictives centrat en l’entrenament d’habilitats educatives dels pares i les mares.
Alguns dels principals factors de risc i factors de protecció per al consum de drogues, l’ús abusiu de les pantalles i altres conductes problemàtiques en la infància i adolescència es troben en l’entorn familiar. Aquest és el punt de partida del programa, que pretén enfortir l’entorn familiar millorant les competències educatives de les famílies. L’evidència científica ha posat de manifest que els programes familiars basats en l’entrenament d’habilitats parentals es troben entre els els més eficaços per prevenir les drogodependències i altres conductes de risc.
MONEO es duu a terme en quatre sessions formatives i d’entrenament d’habilitats on s’utilitza una metodologia dinàmica. Es combinen explicacions breus, modelatge, discussions en grup, anàlisi de situacions, pràctica d’habilitats i suport i reforçament grupal.
Objectius
- Reduir els factors de risc.
- Potenciar els factors de protecció familiars.
- Augmentar els coneixements sobre drogues per part de les famílies.
- Millorar les seves habilitats educatives i la clarificació de la posició familiar en relació amb les drogues.

En l’aplicació actual del programa MONEO, durant les sessions es combinen continguts d’ús de les pantalles i les aplicacions (tecnologies d’entreteniment, informació i comunicació).

Programa familiar de prevenció selectiva de les drogodependències centrat en l’entrenament d’habilitats educatives dels pares i les mares i en el treball de valors, creences i habilitats personals i socials dels fills i filles.
En l’entorn familiar s’acumulen nombrosos factors de risc i protecció, i per això, s’ha convertit en un àmbit d’intervenció prioritari per a la prevenció. Hi ha proves suficients que demostren que la família juga un paper rellevant en la prevenció de les drogodependències. El programa DÉDALO està orientat cap a la minimització dels factors de risc i l’enfortiment dels factors de protecció familiar.
El DÉDALO es duu a terme al llarg de 20 sessions on s’utilitza una metodologia experiencial que facilita que les famílies protagonitzin el seu procés de canvi. En les sessions es combinen explicacions breus, pràctica d’habilitats, suport i reforçament grupal i tasques per a casa.
Objectius
- Reduir els factors de risc.
- Augmentar els factors de protecció familiar.
- Millorar les habilitats educatives dels pares i les mares.
- Enfortir els vincles afectius i la clarificació de la posició familiar en relació amb les drogues.

Programa de prevenció selectiva dirigit a pares i mares amb fills preadolescents (entre 9 i 13 anys d’edat aproximadament), amb presència de factors de risc en els pares o en els fills.
PROTEGO es dirigeix a millorar les habilitats educatives parentals que tenen relació amb el posterior ús de drogues i altres conductes problemàtiques per part dels fills: comunicació, reducció dels conflictes familiars, establiment de normes i límits, supervisió de la conducta dels fills, enfortiment dels vincles afectius entre pares i fills, i clarificació de la posició de la familiar davant el consum de drogues i altres conductes problemàtiques i la seva comunicació als fills.
La primera edició de PROTEGO la va desenvolupar l’associació PDS, Promoció i Desenvolupament Social l’any 2001 en versió catalana i l’any 2004 en versió castellana. D’aleshores ençà, ha anat incrementant la seva cobertura nacional i internacional, amb adaptacions per a altres països, i ha servit de base per al disseny d’altres programes. Actualment forma part de la base de dades de bones pràctiques europees (EDDRA) i del registre online d’intervencions basades en l’evidencia (Xchange) de l’Observatori Europeu de les Drogues. Entre 2014 i 2016 ha estat avaluat amb la col·laboració de diferents organitzacions públiques i privades d’Andalusia, Catalunya, Madrid i València, mostrant la seva eficàcia per millorar les habilitats parentals.
La present edició de l’any 2017 (PROTEGO Versió 2) és una versió revisada de l’edició original, i incorpora millores derivades de la seva avaluació.

- Promoure la parentalitat positiva en els pares i les mares amb fills i filles preadolescents.
- Millora les seves habilitats educatives en comunicació, establiment de normes i límits, supervisió i enfortiment dels vincles familiars.
- Clarificació la posició familiar respecte a les conductes problemàtiques i de risc.
Reconnecta
Habilitats i hàbits de conducta
RECONNECTA és un servei familiar de prevenció selectiva i indicada de conductes addictives dirigit a tota la unitat familiar.
Les famílies que acumulen factors de vulnerabilitat social i educativa acostumen a tenir dificultats per gestionar situacions quotidianes de la vida familiar. RECONNECTA vol oferir una resposta eficaç, acollidora i contínua davant aquesta problemàtica. La investigació en l’àmbit familiar ha demostrat que els programes dirigits a millorar les habilitats educatives d’aquestes famílies i a donar suport als infants i joves són efectius.
RECONNECTA ofereix un conjunt d’actuacions professionals mitjançant el treball grupal i individual amb infants i família dirigides a treballar l’adquisició d’habilitats i hàbits de conducta, tant pel que fa a capacitats personals com a capacitats relacionals dirigides a disminuir la situació de risc. Les sessions grupals amb les famílies se centren a treballar habilitats com l’establiment de normes i límits, la supervisió de la conducta, i habilitats de comunicació, entre d’altres. Mentre que les sessions amb menors se centren en el treball de la responsabilitat, actituds, vinculació escolar, participació comunitària, resolució de conflictes, emocions i hàbits saludables, entre d’altres.
Objectius
Millorar les habilitats i les competències educatives de mares i pares amb infants i adolescents en situació de risc, amb un procés d’acompanyament –a mares, pares i, fills i filles–, que els faciliti l’increment de les conductes pro-socials, la reducció de les conductes de risc i la millora de la seva participació en la xarxa comunitària.

Programa familiar de prevenció selectiva de les drogodependències centrat en la millora de les habilitats educatives de les famílies.
Entre els i les menors i joves que entren en els circuits de justícia juvenil, s’hi observa una prevalença elevada de problemàtiques relacionades amb el consum de drogues. El programa LÍMITS proposa un model psicoeducatiu que pretén donar suport i assessorar les famílies d’aquests menors. Les intervencions amb famílies centrades en el desenvolupament d’habilitats educatives són efectives, ja que ajuden a millorar el clima familiar, la vinculació entre pares i mares i fills i filles i incrementen la percepció d’autoeficàcia educativa de les famílies.
LÍMITS es duu a terme en 8 sessions, en què s’utilitza una metodologia dinàmica, oberta i participativa. En les sessions es combinen explicacions breus, pràctica d’habilitats, suport i reforçament grupal i tasques per a casa.
Objectius
- Reforçar la funció educativa de les famílies dels menors i dels joves que passen pel circuit de la justícia juvenil.
- Participar en la prevenció d’un ús problemàtic de les joves en fills i filles.
- Reduir la transgressió de les normes per part dels menors i joves.

Reinicia’t
Programa de prevenció universal familiar i de promoció dels bons usos de les tecnologies de la informació, les relacions i la comunicació (TIC).
La guia informativa Educant en l’ús de les pantalles s’adreça a pares, mares i altres familiars, i s’acompanya d’un taller de suport del programa «Reiniciem-nos» per tal de promoure un procés de reflexió al voltant dels usos de les TIC, fent èmfasi en els usos intensius o mals usos i en les diferents conductes de risc que s’hi poden associar, afavorint decisions més informades i autònomes en tots els seus aspectes; així com dotar mares, pares i altres familiars d’eines per educar en un ús saludable de les TIC. D’aquesta manera es pretén complementar en la família el treball dut a terme en l’àmbit escolar i comunitari.
La guia informativa conté informació sobre les tecnologies interactives, els usos que se’n fan, els problemes associats que hi poden haver –per com s’utilitzen o per altres persones–, i propostes educatives.
Objectius
- Treballar preventivament l’ús de les TIC.
- Fomentar-ne un ús adequat i crític.
- Prevenir-ne els usos problemàtics.
- Promoure que des de les famílies s’estableixin pautes d’ús adequades.
- Reflexionar sobre qüestions com les relacions, els estereotips, el consumisme, els efectes sobre el medi ambient i les relacions Nord-Sud.

Arica
Aquest programa de prevenció comunitària involucra associacions de pares, mares i altres familiars d’alumnes i les seves federacions, grups informals de famílies i mares i pares a títol individual i entitats professionals i ciutadanes. Aquesta xarxa es basa en la participació de xarxes socials en línia i, eventualment, de manera presencial en el cas de grups formals.
La finalitat és mantenir i ampliar una xarxa que a partir de la col·laboració entre organitzacions de famílies, entitats, administracions i l’equip del programa repercuteixi en un conjunt d’ambients, col·lectius i circumstàncies que envolten els adolescents. Les dinàmiques tracten de modificar conductes i estratègies preventives al consum d’alcohol i altres drogues com una conducta de risc que afecta altres riscos de vulnerabilitat durant l’adolescència.
Objectius
- Modificar factors de risc i enfortir factors de protecció familiars associats a les conductes addictives.
- Mantenir i ampliar una xarxa digital col·laborativa entre organitzacions de famílies, entitats, administracions i l’equip de coordinació del programa.
- Sensibilitzar les famílies davant els riscos del consum de drogues i l’ús problemàtic de les pantalles en adolescents.
- Informar sobre la prevalença i les conseqüències del consum de drogues i pantalles.
- Fomentar l’empoderament de les famílies.
- Realitzar accions preventives amb famílies en situació de risc.

MONEO PANTALLES és un programa familiar de promoció dels bons usos de les TIC (tecnologies de la informació i la comunicació) i prevenció d’addiccions centrat en l’entrenament d’habilitats educatives de pares i mares.

El programa s’ha dissenyat segons el model d’ecologia social (Kumpfer i Turner, 1990, 1991), el model ecològic social de promoció de la salut (McLeroy, Bibeau, Steckler i Glanz, 1988), el model evolutiu del desenvolupament de les conductes problemàtiques a la infància (Conduct Problems Prevention Research Group, 1992) i el model de desenvolupament social (Catalano i Hawkins, 1996).

El programa DROGUES? EDUCAR PER PREVENIR consta de tres activitats:

Programa familiar de prevenció universal de l’ús problemàtic de l’alcohol, dissenyat com a una eina per fomentar la reflexió entorn de la beguda i les seves conseqüències, amb orientacions per a pares i mares amb fills i filles menors d’edat.
La guia informativa Que no s’ho empassin tot! s’adreça a pares i mares, i s’acompanya d’una xerrada de suport del programa «T’ho empasses tot?» per tal de facilitar orientacions educatives sobre l’alcohol amb els fills i filles menors d’edat. D’aquesta manera es pretén complementar des de la família el treball fet en la mateixa direcció per altres instàncies socials, en l’àmbit escolar i comunitari.
El desenvolupament dels continguts de la guia i el taller ha comptat amb la participació de diferents organitzacions implicades en el programa. Això ha permès unificar criteris per afavorir des de casa i en sinergia amb l’escola i altres recursos comunitaris, una educació millor sobre l’alcohol en menors, que contribueixi si més no, a retardar-ne l’edat d’inici del consum.
Objectius
- Millorar la informació de les famílies dels adolescents en relació amb l’alcohol.
- Augmentar la percepció de risc en relació amb el consum d’alcohol.
- Analitzar i desmuntar tòpics i creences errònies en relació amb l’alcohol.
- Augmentar el grau de consciència sobre les conseqüències negatives del “binge drinking” o episodis de consum intensiu d’alcohol.
- Reflexionar sobre el posicionament familiar al voltant del consum d’alcohol en els fills i filles.

És un programa familiar de prevenció universal de conductes addictives centrat en l’entrenament d’habilitats educatives dels pares i les mares.
Alguns dels principals factors de risc i factors de protecció per al consum de drogues, l’ús abusiu de les pantalles i altres conductes problemàtiques en la infància i adolescència es troben en l’entorn familiar. Aquest és el punt de partida del programa, que pretén enfortir l’entorn familiar millorant les competències educatives de les famílies. L’evidència científica ha posat de manifest que els programes familiars basats en l’entrenament d’habilitats parentals es troben entre els els més eficaços per prevenir les drogodependències i altres conductes de risc.
MONEO es duu a terme en quatre sessions formatives i d’entrenament d’habilitats on s’utilitza una metodologia dinàmica. Es combinen explicacions breus, modelatge, discussions en grup, anàlisi de situacions, pràctica d’habilitats i suport i reforçament grupal.

Programa familiar de prevenció selectiva de les drogodependències centrat en l’entrenament d’habilitats educatives dels pares i les mares i en el treball de valors, creences i habilitats personals i socials dels fills i filles.
En l’entorn familiar s’acumulen nombrosos factors de risc i protecció, i per això, s’ha convertit en un àmbit d’intervenció prioritari per a la prevenció. Hi ha proves suficients que demostren que la família juga un paper rellevant en la prevenció de les drogodependències. El programa DÉDALO està orientat cap a la minimització dels factors de risc i l’enfortiment dels factors de protecció familiar.
El DÉDALO es duu a terme al llarg de 20 sessions on s’utilitza una metodologia experiencial que facilita que les famílies protagonitzin el seu procés de canvi. En les sessions es combinen explicacions breus, pràctica d’habilitats, suport i reforçament grupal i tasques per a casa.
Objectius
- Reduir els factors de risc.
- Augmentar els factors de protecció familiar.
- Millorar les habilitats educatives dels pares i les mares.

Programa de prevenció selectiva dirigit a pares i mares amb fills preadolescents (entre 9 i 13 anys d’edat aproximadament), amb presència de factors de risc en els pares o en els fills.
PROTEGO es dirigeix a millorar les habilitats educatives parentals que tenen relació amb el posterior ús de drogues i altres conductes problemàtiques per part dels fills: comunicació, reducció dels conflictes familiars, establiment de normes i límits, supervisió de la conducta dels fills, enfortiment dels vincles afectius entre pares i fills, i clarificació de la posició de la familiar davant el consum de drogues i altres conductes problemàtiques i la seva comunicació als fills.
La primera edició de PROTEGO la va desenvolupar l’associació PDS, Promoció i Desenvolupament Social l’any 2001 en versió catalana i l’any 2004 en versió castellana. D’aleshores ençà, ha anat incrementant la seva cobertura nacional i internacional, amb adaptacions per a altres països, i ha servit de base per al disseny d’altres programes. Actualment forma part de la base de dades de bones pràctiques europees (EDDRA) i del registre online d’intervencions basades en l’evidencia (Xchange) de l’Observatori Europeu de les Drogues. Entre 2014 i 2016 ha estat avaluat amb la col·laboració de diferents organitzacions públiques i privades d’Andalusia, Catalunya, Madrid i València, mostrant la seva eficàcia per millorar les habilitats parentals.
La present edició de l’any 2017 (PROTEGO Versió 2) és una versió revisada de l’edició original, i incorpora millores derivades de la seva avaluació.

Habilitats i hàbits de conducta
RECONNECTA és un servei familiar de prevenció selectiva i indicada de conductes addictives dirigit a tota la unitat familiar.
Les famílies que acumulen factors de vulnerabilitat social i educativa acostumen a tenir dificultats per gestionar situacions quotidianes de la vida familiar. RECONNECTA vol oferir una resposta eficaç, acollidora i contínua davant aquesta problemàtica. La investigació en l’àmbit familiar ha demostrat que els programes dirigits a millorar les habilitats educatives d’aquestes famílies i a donar suport als infants i joves són efectius.
RECONNECTA ofereix un conjunt d’actuacions professionals mitjançant el treball grupal i individual amb infants i família dirigides a treballar l’adquisició d’habilitats i hàbits de conducta, tant pel que fa a capacitats personals com a capacitats relacionals dirigides a disminuir la situació de risc. Les sessions grupals amb les famílies se centren a treballar habilitats com l’establiment de normes i límits, la supervisió de la conducta, i habilitats de comunicació, entre d’altres. Mentre que les sessions amb menors se centren en el treball de la responsabilitat, actituds, vinculació escolar, participació comunitària, resolució de conflictes, emocions i hàbits saludables, entre d’altres.
Objectius
Millorar les habilitats i les competències educatives de mares i pares amb infants i adolescents en situació de risc, amb un procés d’acompanyament –a mares, pares i, fills i filles–, que els faciliti l’increment de les conductes pro-socials, la reducció de les conductes de risc i la millora de la seva participació en la xarxa comunitària.

Programa familiar de prevenció selectiva de les drogodependències centrat en la millora de les habilitats educatives de les famílies.
Entre els i les menors i joves que entren en els circuits de justícia juvenil, s’hi observa una prevalença elevada de problemàtiques relacionades amb el consum de drogues. El programa LÍMITS proposa un model psicoeducatiu que pretén donar suport i assessorar les famílies d’aquests menors. Les intervencions amb famílies centrades en el desenvolupament d’habilitats educatives són efectives, ja que ajuden a millorar el clima familiar, la vinculació entre pares i mares i fills i filles i incrementen la percepció d’autoeficàcia educativa de les famílies.
LÍMITS es duu a terme en 8 sessions, en què s’utilitza una metodologia dinàmica, oberta i participativa. En les sessions es combinen explicacions breus, pràctica d’habilitats, suport i reforçament grupal i tasques per a casa.

- Reforçar la funció educativa de les famílies dels menors i dels joves que passen pel circuit de la justícia juvenil.
- Participar en la prevenció d’un ús problemàtic de les joves en fills i filles.

Reinicia’t
Programa de prevenció universal familiar i de promoció dels bons usos de les tecnologies de la informació, les relacions i la comunicació (TIC).
La guia informativa Educant en l’ús de les pantalles s’adreça a pares, mares i altres familiars, i s’acompanya d’un taller de suport del programa «Reiniciem-nos» per tal de promoure un procés de reflexió al voltant dels usos de les TIC, fent èmfasi en els usos intensius o mals usos i en les diferents conductes de risc que s’hi poden associar, afavorint decisions més informades i autònomes en tots els seus aspectes; així com dotar mares, pares i altres familiars d’eines per educar en un ús saludable de les TIC. D’aquesta manera es pretén complementar en la família el treball dut a terme en l’àmbit escolar i comunitari.
La guia informativa conté informació sobre les tecnologies interactives, els usos que se’n fan, els problemes associats que hi poden haver –per com s’utilitzen o per altres persones–, i propostes educatives.

Aquest programa de prevenció comunitària involucra associacions de pares, mares i altres familiars d’alumnes i les seves federacions, grups informals de famílies i mares i pares a títol individual i entitats professionals i ciutadanes. Aquesta xarxa es basa en la participació de xarxes socials en línia i, eventualment, de manera presencial en el cas de grups formals.
La finalitat és mantenir i ampliar una xarxa que a partir de la col·laboració entre organitzacions de famílies, entitats, administracions i l’equip del programa repercuteixi en un conjunt d’ambients, col·lectius i circumstàncies que envolten els adolescents. Les dinàmiques tracten de modificar conductes i estratègies preventives al consum d’alcohol i altres drogues com una conducta de risc que afecta altres riscos de vulnerabilitat durant l’adolescència.
Objectius
- Modificar factors de risc i enfortir factors de protecció familiars associats a les conductes addictives.
- Mantenir i ampliar una xarxa digital col·laborativa entre organitzacions de famílies, entitats, administracions i l’equip de coordinació del programa.
