¿DROGAS? EDUCAR PARA PREVENIR es un programa familiar de prevención universal de las drogodependencias con ideas para reflexionar sobre la forma de educar a los hijos e hijas y evitar que tengan problemas con las drogas.
El programa gira en torno a una exposición que facilita el análisis, la valoración y el propósito de cambio, si es necesario, en relación con las pautas educativas que emplean los padres y las madres con sus hijos e hijas. Los paneles tratan sobre los aspectos educativos que son relevantes para prevenir el consumo de tabaco, alcohol y otras drogas.
La exposición se complementa con una guía que proporciona orientaciones para promover y organizar actividades complementarias a la visita de la exposición.
El programa puede ser utilizado como herramienta para la captación de familias para la realización de un programa de prevención familiar más amplio, como pueden ser MONEO, PROTEGO o DÉDALO.
Objetivos
- Mejorar la información sobre drogas de los padres y madres.

- Clarificar la posición de la familia en relación con el consumo de drogas.
Enfoque teórico
El programa ha sido diseñado según el modelo de ecología social (Kumpfer y Turner, 1990, 1991), el modelo ecológico social de promoción de la salud (McLeroy, Bibeau, Steckler y Glanz, 1988), el modelo evolutivo del desarrollo de conductas problemáticas en la infancia (Conduct Problems Prevention Research Group, 1992) y el modelo de desarrollo social (Catalano y Hawkins, 1996).
Población destinataria
Madres y padres con hijos e hijas preadolescentes y adolescentes, entre 12 y 16 años.
Actividades / Contenidos
El programa DROGAS? EDUCAR PARA PREVENIR consta de tres actividades:
- Visita a la exposición y foro de discusión con profesionales. Duración: 60 minutos.
- Visita a la exposición y foro de discusión sin profesionales. Duración: 60 minutos.
- Taller de resolución de situaciones conflictivas. Duración: 60 minutos.

Que No Se Lo Traguen Todo
Alcohol, consumo excesivo, consecuencias y análisis crítico
Programa familiar de prevención universal de conductas adictivas, diseñado como una herramienta para fomentar la reflexión en torno al consumo de alcohol, con orientaciones para padres y madres con hijos e hijas menores de edad.
La guía informativa «Que No Se Lo Traguen Todo» está dirigida a padres y madres, y se acompaña de una charla de apoyo del programa «¿T’ho Empasses Tot?» para facilitar orientaciones educativas sobre el alcohol con los hijos e hijas menores de edad. De esta manera se pretende complementar desde la familia el trabajo realizado en la misma dirección por otras instancias sociales, a nivel escolar y comunitario.
El desarrollo de los contenidos de la guía y el taller ha contado con la participación de diferentes organizaciones implicadas en el programa. Esto ha permitido unificar criterios para favorecer desde casa y en sinergia con la escuela y otros recursos comunitarios, una educación mejor sobre el alcohol en menores, que contribuya al menos a retrasar la edad de inicio del consumo.
Objetivos
- Mejorar la información de las familias de los adolescentes en relación con el alcohol.
- Aumentar la percepción de riesgo en relación con el consumo de alcohol.
- Analizar y desmontar mitos y creencias erróneas en relación con el alcohol.
- Aumentar el grado de conciencia sobre las consecuencias negativas del «binge drinking» o episodios de consumo intensivo de alcohol.
- Reflexionar sobre la posición familiar en torno al consumo de alcohol en los hijos e hijas.
Enfoque teórico
El programa ha sido diseñado basándose en modelos sociocognitivos: modelo de creencias, teoría de la acción planificada, modelo transteórico del cambio y teoría del aprendizaje social.
Población destinataria
Madres y padres con hijos e hijas preadolescentes y adolescentes, de entre 12 y 16 años.

MONITOREO es un programa familiar de prevención universal de conductas adictivas centrado en el entrenamiento de habilidades educativas de los padres y las madres.
Algunos de los principales factores de riesgo y factores de protección para el consumo de drogas, el uso abusivo de las pantallas y otras conductas problemáticas en la infancia y adolescencia se encuentran en el entorno familiar. Este es el punto de partida del programa, que pretende fortalecer el entorno familiar mejorando las competencias educativas de las familias. La evidencia científica ha demostrado que los programas familiares basados en el entrenamiento de habilidades parentales se encuentran entre los más eficaces para prevenir las drogodependencias y otras conductas de riesgo.
MONITOREO se lleva a cabo en cuatro sesiones formativas y de entrenamiento de habilidades donde se utiliza una metodología dinámica. Se combinan explicaciones breves, modelado, discusiones en grupo, análisis de situaciones, práctica de habilidades y apoyo y refuerzo grupal.
Objetivos:
Modificar los factores de riesgo y de protección mediante el aumento del conocimiento sobre las drogas por parte de las familias, la mejora de sus habilidades educativas y la clarificación de la posición familiar en relación con el consumo de drogas.
Enfoque teórico
El programa se ha diseñado según el modelo de ecología social (Kumpfer y Turner, 1990, 1991).
Población destinataria
Padres y madres con hijos e hijas preadolescentes, entre 9 y 13 años.
Actividades / Contenidos
El programa MONEO consta de cuatro sesiones, que se proponen realizar a lo largo de cuatro semanas:
S1. Información sobre drogas. 120 minutos. S2. Comunicación familiar. 120 minutos. S3. Normas y límites. 120 minutos. S4. Posición familiar sobre drogas. 120 minutos.
En la aplicación actual del programa MONEO, durante las sesiones se combinan contenidos de uso de las pantallas y las aplicaciones 2.0 (o tecnologías de entretenimiento, información y comunicación). Contenidos:
Uso adecuado y crítico. Prevención de los usos problemáticos. Posición familiar sobre las pautas de uso. E-relaciones, consumismo, efectos en el medio ambiente, relaciones Norte-Sur, etc.

Dédalo
Habilidades educativas, habilidades personales, valores y creencias
DÉDALO es un programa familiar de prevención selectiva de las drogodependencias que se centra en el entrenamiento de habilidades educativas de padres y madres, así como en el trabajo de valores, creencias y habilidades personales y sociales de los hijos e hijas.
En el entorno familiar se acumulan numerosos factores de riesgo y protección, por lo que se ha convertido en un ámbito de intervención prioritario para la prevención. Hay evidencia suficiente que demuestra que la familia juega un papel relevante en la prevención de las drogodependencias. El programa DÉDALO está orientado hacia la minimización de los factores de riesgo y el fortalecimiento de los factores de protección familiar.
El programa DÉDALO se lleva a cabo a lo largo de 20 sesiones en las que se utiliza una metodología experiencial que facilita que las familias sean protagonistas en su proceso de cambio. En las sesiones se combinan explicaciones breves, práctica de habilidades, apoyo y refuerzo grupal, así como tareas para realizar en casa.
Objetivos
- Modificar los factores de riesgo y protección mediante la mejora de las habilidades educativas de los padres y madres.
- Fortalecer los vínculos afectivos en la familia.
- Clarificar la posición familiar en relación con el consumo de drogas.

- 10 sesiones de intervención grupal con madres y padres. Duración: 90 minutos.
- 6 sesiones de intervención grupal con hijos e hijas. Duración: 90 minutos.
- 4 sesiones conjuntas entre padres, madres, hijos e hijas. Duración: 90 minutos.
El contenido de las sesiones se centra en las siguientes habilidades:

Entrenamiento en parentalidad positiva y habilidades educativas para madres y padres
YO PROTEJO es un programa de prevención selectiva dirigido a padres y madres con hijos preadolescentes (aproximadamente entre 9 y 13 años de edad), que presentan factores de riesgo en los padres o en los hijos.
YO PROTEJO busca mejorar las habilidades educativas parentales relacionadas con el posterior uso de drogas y otras conductas problemáticas por parte de los hijos: comunicación, reducción de conflictos familiares, establecimiento de normas y límites, supervisión del comportamiento de los hijos, fortalecimiento de los vínculos afectivos entre padres e hijos, y clarificación de la posición familiar frente al consumo de drogas y otras conductas problemáticas, así como su comunicación a los hijos.
La primera edición de YO PROTEJO fue desarrollada por la asociación PDS, Promoció i Desenvolupament Social, en el año 2001 en versión catalana y en el año 2004 en versión castellana. Desde entonces, ha aumentado su cobertura nacional e internacional, con adaptaciones para otros países, y ha servido de base para el diseño de otros programas. Actualmente forma parte de la base de datos de buenas prácticas europeas (EDDRA) y del registro en línea de intervenciones basadas en la evidencia (Xchange) del Observatorio Europeo de las Drogas. Entre 2014 y 2016, fue evaluado con la colaboración de diferentes organizaciones públicas y privadas de Andalucía, Cataluña, Madrid y Valencia, demostrando su eficacia para mejorar las habilidades parentales.
La presente edición del año 2017 (YO PROTEJO Versión 2) es una versión revisada de la edición original, e incorpora mejoras derivadas de su evaluación.
Objetivos
Promover la parentalidad positiva en los padres y madres con hijos e hijas preadolescentes y mejorar las habilidades educativas, incluyendo la comunicación, el establecimiento de normas y límites, la supervisión, el fortalecimiento de los vínculos familiares y la clarificación de la posición familiar respecto a las conductas problemáticas y de riesgo.
Enfoque teórico
El programa se ha diseñado basado en el modelo de ecología social (Kumpfer y Turner, 1990, 1991), el modelo ecológico social de promoción de la salud (McLeroy, Bibeau, Steckler y Glanz, 1988), el modelo evolutivo del desarrollo de las conductas problemáticas en la infancia (Conduct Problems Prevention Research Group, 1992) y el modelo de desarrollo social (Catalano y Hawkins, 1996).

Padres y madres con hijos e hijas preadolescentes, de entre 9 y 13 años de edad, que presenten riesgos tanto en los padres o madres (por ejemplo, falta de habilidades educativas y de gestión familiar) como en los hijos o hijas (problemas de adaptación y rendimiento escolar o problemas de conducta).

Habilidades y hábitos de conducta
RECONECTA es un servicio familiar de prevención selectiva e indicada de conductas adictivas dirigido a toda la unidad familiar.
Las familias que acumulan factores de vulnerabilidad social y educativa suelen tener dificultades para gestionar situaciones cotidianas de la vida familiar. RECONECTA busca ofrecer una respuesta eficaz, acogedora y continua ante esta problemática. La investigación en el ámbito familiar ha demostrado que los programas dirigidos a mejorar las habilidades educativas de estas familias y apoyar a los niños y jóvenes son efectivos.
RECONECTA ofrece un conjunto de actuaciones profesionales a través del trabajo grupal e individual con niños y familias, dirigidas a trabajar la adquisición de habilidades y hábitos de conducta, tanto en capacidades personales como en capacidades relacionales dirigidas a disminuir la situación de riesgo. Las sesiones grupales con las familias se centran en trabajar habilidades como el establecimiento de normas y límites, la supervisión de la conducta y habilidades de comunicación, entre otras. Mientras que las sesiones con menores se centran en el trabajo de la responsabilidad, actitudes, vinculación escolar, participación comunitaria, resolución de conflictos, emociones y hábitos saludables, entre otros.
Objetivos
Mejorar las habilidades y competencias educativas de madres y padres con hijos e hijas adolescentes en situación de riesgo, mediante un proceso de acompañamiento a madres, padres e hijos e hijas, que les facilite el aumento de las conductas pro-sociales, la reducción de las conductas de riesgo y la mejora de su participación en la red comunitaria.

Población destinataria
Famílias con niños entre 6 y 12 años en situación de riesgo de exclusión social.
Actividades / Contenidos
El servicio RECONECTA se organiza en cinco fases y se desarrolla a lo largo de un año:
1ª fase: adaptación del proyecto al municipio donde se implementará. 2ª fase: dinamización local del proyecto. 3ª fase: acuerdo entre las personas participantes. 4ª fase: acompañamiento educativo (6 meses).
- Sesión de presentación en las escuelas y/o servicios sociales.
- 1ª sesión de acogida.
- 12 sesiones de intervención grupal con madres y padres. 90 minutos.

Límites
Asesoramiento y habilidades educativas
LÍMITES es un programa familiar de prevención selectiva de las drogodependencias centrado en mejorar las habilidades educativas de las familias.
Entre los menores y jóvenes que entran en los circuitos de justicia juvenil, se observa una prevalencia elevada de problemáticas relacionadas con el consumo de drogas. El programa LÍMITES propone un modelo psicoeducativo que tiene como objetivo apoyar y asesorar a las familias de estos menores. Las intervenciones con familias centradas en el desarrollo de habilidades educativas son efectivas, ya que ayudan a mejorar el clima familiar, la vinculación entre padres e hijos, y aumentan la percepción de autoeficacia educativa de las familias.
LÍMITES se lleva a cabo en 8 sesiones, utilizando una metodología dinámica, abierta y participativa. En las sesiones se combinan explicaciones breves, práctica de habilidades, apoyo y refuerzo grupal, y tareas para casa.
Objetivos
Reforzar la función educativa de las familias de los menores y jóvenes que pasan por el circuito de la justicia juvenil con el fin de evitar o limitar el uso de drogas y la reincidencia en la transgresión de las normas por parte de los menores y jóvenes.

El programa se ha diseñado basado en el modelo de ecología social (Kumpfer y Turner, 1990, 1991), el modelo ecológico social de promoción de la salud (McLeroy, Bibeau, Steckler y Glanz, 1988), el modelo evolutivo del desarrollo de conductas problemáticas en la infancia (Conduct Problems Prevention Research Group, 1992) y el modelo de desarrollo social (Catalano y Hawkins, 1996).

Madres y padres con hijos e hijas que han cometido transgresiones que los han llevado a ingresar en el circuito de la justicia juvenil.

TIC, reflexión crítica y actitudes
REINICIATE es un programa de prevención universal familiar y promoción de los buenos usos de las tecnologías de la información, relaciones y comunicación (TIC).
La guía informativa «Educando en el uso de las pantallas» está dirigida a padres, madres y otros familiares, y se acompaña de un taller de apoyo del programa «Reiniciémonos» para promover un proceso de reflexión sobre los usos de las TIC, haciendo énfasis en los usos intensivos o malos usos y en las diferentes conductas de riesgo que pueden asociarse, favoreciendo decisiones más informadas y autónomas en todos sus aspectos; así como dotar a madres, padres y otros familiares de herramientas para educar en un uso saludable de las TIC. De esta manera, se pretende complementar en la familia el trabajo realizado a nivel escolar y comunitario.
La guía informativa contiene información sobre las tecnologías interactivas 2.0, los usos que se hacen de ellas, los problemas asociados que pueden haber –por cómo se utilizan o por otras personas–, y propuestas educativas.
Objetivos
- Trabajar preventivamente el uso de las TIC.
- Fomentar un uso adecuado y crítico de las mismas.
- Prevenir los usos problemáticos.
- Promover que desde las familias se establezcan pautas de uso adecuadas.
- Reflexionar sobre cuestiones como las relaciones, los estereotipos, el consumismo, los efectos sobre el medio ambiente y las relaciones Norte-Sur.

Arica
ARICA el desarrollo de un modelo de estrategia colaborativa de prevención comunitaria del consumo de alcohol y otros comportamientos de riesgo entre los adolescentes implica la participación activa de diversas entidades y grupos de la sociedad. Esto incluye asociaciones de padres y madres de alumnos, sus federaciones, grupos informales de familias, padres y madres individualmente, así como entidades profesionales y ciudadanas. Esta red se basa en la participación en línea de las redes sociales y, eventualmente, de manera presencial en el caso de grupos formales.
El objetivo es mantener y ampliar una red que, a través de la colaboración entre organizaciones de familias, entidades, administraciones y el equipo del programa, tenga un impacto en diversos entornos, colectivos y circunstancias que rodean a los adolescentes. Las dinámicas buscan modificar conductas y estrategias preventivas relacionadas con el consumo de alcohol y otras drogas como un comportamiento de riesgo que afecta a otros riesgos de vulnerabilidad durante la adolescencia.
Objectius:
- Modificar factores de riesgo y fortalecer factores de protección familiares asociados a las conductas adictivas mediante el mantenimiento y la ampliación de una red social en Internet colaborativa entre organizaciones de familias, entidades, administraciones y el equipo de coordinación del programa.
- Sensibilizar a las familias ante los riesgos del consumo de drogas y el mal uso de las pantallas que afecta a los adolescentes.
- Informar sobre la prevalencia y las consecuencias del consumo de drogas y pantallas.
Fomentar l’apoderament de les famílies en els seus contextos (AMPA, grups informals, individualment,…).
Realitzar accions preventives amb famílies en situació de risc (actuacions de col·laboració en xarxa).

MONITOREO PANTALLAS es un programa familiar de promoción de los buenos usos de las TIC (tecnologías de la información y comunicación) y prevención de adicciones centrada en el entrenamiento de habilidades educativas de padres y madres.

MONITOREO PANTALLAS se lleva a cabo en 3 sesiones formativas y de entrenamiento de habilidades en las que se utiliza una metodología dinámica. Se combinan breves explicaciones, modelado, discusiones en grupo, análisis de situaciones, práctica de habilidades y soporte y reforzamiento grupal.
Objetivos
Modificar los factores de riesgo y factores de protección mediante el aumento de los conocimientos sobre las TIC por parte de las familias, la mejora de sus habilidades educativas y la clarificación de la posición familiar en relación con el uso de las TIC.

¿DROGAS? EDUCAR PARA PREVENIR es un programa familiar de prevención universal de las drogodependencias con ideas para reflexionar sobre la forma de educar a los hijos e hijas y evitar que tengan problemas con las drogas.
El programa gira en torno a una exposición que facilita el análisis, la valoración y el propósito de cambio, si es necesario, en relación con las pautas educativas que emplean los padres y las madres con sus hijos e hijas. Los paneles tratan sobre los aspectos educativos que son relevantes para prevenir el consumo de tabaco, alcohol y otras drogas.
La exposición se complementa con una guía que proporciona orientaciones para promover y organizar actividades complementarias a la visita de la exposición.
El programa puede ser utilizado como herramienta para la captación de familias para la realización de un programa de prevención familiar más amplio, como pueden ser MONEO, PROTEGO o DÉDALO.

Programa familiar de prevención universal de conductas adictivas, diseñado como una herramienta para fomentar la reflexión en torno al consumo de alcohol, con orientaciones para padres y madres con hijos e hijas menores de edad.
La guía informativa «Que No Se Lo Traguen Todo» está dirigida a padres y madres, y se acompaña de una charla de apoyo del programa «¿T’ho Empasses Tot?» para facilitar orientaciones educativas sobre el alcohol con los hijos e hijas menores de edad. De esta manera se pretende complementar desde la familia el trabajo realizado en la misma dirección por otras instancias sociales, a nivel escolar y comunitario.
El desarrollo de los contenidos de la guía y el taller ha contado con la participación de diferentes organizaciones implicadas en el programa. Esto ha permitido unificar criterios para favorecer desde casa y en sinergia con la escuela y otros recursos comunitarios, una educación mejor sobre el alcohol en menores, que contribuya al menos a retrasar la edad de inicio del consumo.
Objetivos
- Mejorar la información de las familias de los adolescentes en relación con el alcohol.
- Aumentar la percepción de riesgo en relación con el consumo de alcohol.
- Analizar y desmontar mitos y creencias erróneas en relación con el alcohol.

MONITOREO es un programa familiar de prevención universal de conductas adictivas centrado en el entrenamiento de habilidades educativas de los padres y las madres.
Algunos de los principales factores de riesgo y factores de protección para el consumo de drogas, el uso abusivo de las pantallas y otras conductas problemáticas en la infancia y adolescencia se encuentran en el entorno familiar. Este es el punto de partida del programa, que pretende fortalecer el entorno familiar mejorando las competencias educativas de las familias. La evidencia científica ha demostrado que los programas familiares basados en el entrenamiento de habilidades parentales se encuentran entre los más eficaces para prevenir las drogodependencias y otras conductas de riesgo.

DÉDALO es un programa familiar de prevención selectiva de las drogodependencias que se centra en el entrenamiento de habilidades educativas de padres y madres, así como en el trabajo de valores, creencias y habilidades personales y sociales de los hijos e hijas.
En el entorno familiar se acumulan numerosos factores de riesgo y protección, por lo que se ha convertido en un ámbito de intervención prioritario para la prevención. Hay evidencia suficiente que demuestra que la familia juega un papel relevante en la prevención de las drogodependencias. El programa DÉDALO está orientado hacia la minimización de los factores de riesgo y el fortalecimiento de los factores de protección familiar.
El programa DÉDALO se lleva a cabo a lo largo de 20 sesiones en las que se utiliza una metodología experiencial que facilita que las familias sean protagonistas en su proceso de cambio. En las sesiones se combinan explicaciones breves, práctica de habilidades, apoyo y refuerzo grupal, así como tareas para realizar en casa.

YO PROTEJO es un programa de prevención selectiva dirigido a padres y madres con hijos preadolescentes (aproximadamente entre 9 y 13 años de edad), que presentan factores de riesgo en los padres o en los hijos.
YO PROTEJO busca mejorar las habilidades educativas parentales relacionadas con el posterior uso de drogas y otras conductas problemáticas por parte de los hijos: comunicación, reducción de conflictos familiares, establecimiento de normas y límites, supervisión del comportamiento de los hijos, fortalecimiento de los vínculos afectivos entre padres e hijos, y clarificación de la posición familiar frente al consumo de drogas y otras conductas problemáticas, así como su comunicación a los hijos.
La primera edición de YO PROTEJO fue desarrollada por la asociación PDS, Promoció i Desenvolupament Social, en el año 2001 en versión catalana y en el año 2004 en versión castellana. Desde entonces, ha aumentado su cobertura nacional e internacional, con adaptaciones para otros países, y ha servido de base para el diseño de otros programas. Actualmente forma parte de la base de datos de buenas prácticas europeas (EDDRA) y del registro en línea de intervenciones basadas en la evidencia (Xchange) del Observatorio Europeo de las Drogas. Entre 2014 y 2016, fue evaluado con la colaboración de diferentes organizaciones públicas y privadas de Andalucía, Cataluña, Madrid y Valencia, demostrando su eficacia para mejorar las habilidades parentales.
La presente edición del año 2017 (YO PROTEJO Versión 2) es una versión revisada de la edición original, e incorpora mejoras derivadas de su evaluación.

Promover la parentalidad positiva en los padres y madres con hijos e hijas preadolescentes y mejorar las habilidades educativas, incluyendo la comunicación, el establecimiento de normas y límites, la supervisión, el fortalecimiento de los vínculos familiares y la clarificación de la posición familiar respecto a las conductas problemáticas y de riesgo.

Habilidades y hábitos de conducta
RECONECTA es un servicio familiar de prevención selectiva e indicada de conductas adictivas dirigido a toda la unidad familiar.
Las familias que acumulan factores de vulnerabilidad social y educativa suelen tener dificultades para gestionar situaciones cotidianas de la vida familiar. RECONECTA busca ofrecer una respuesta eficaz, acogedora y continua ante esta problemática. La investigación en el ámbito familiar ha demostrado que los programas dirigidos a mejorar las habilidades educativas de estas familias y apoyar a los niños y jóvenes son efectivos.
RECONECTA ofrece un conjunto de actuaciones profesionales a través del trabajo grupal e individual con niños y familias, dirigidas a trabajar la adquisición de habilidades y hábitos de conducta, tanto en capacidades personales como en capacidades relacionales dirigidas a disminuir la situación de riesgo. Las sesiones grupales con las familias se centran en trabajar habilidades como el establecimiento de normas y límites, la supervisión de la conducta y habilidades de comunicación, entre otras. Mientras que las sesiones con menores se centran en el trabajo de la responsabilidad, actitudes, vinculación escolar, participación comunitaria, resolución de conflictos, emociones y hábitos saludables, entre otros.
Objetivos
Mejorar las habilidades y competencias educativas de madres y padres con hijos e hijas adolescentes en situación de riesgo, mediante un proceso de acompañamiento a madres, padres e hijos e hijas, que les facilite el aumento de las conductas pro-sociales, la reducción de las conductas de riesgo y la mejora de su participación en la red comunitaria.

LÍMITES es un programa familiar de prevención selectiva de las drogodependencias centrado en mejorar las habilidades educativas de las familias.
Entre los menores y jóvenes que entran en los circuitos de justicia juvenil, se observa una prevalencia elevada de problemáticas relacionadas con el consumo de drogas. El programa LÍMITES propone un modelo psicoeducativo que tiene como objetivo apoyar y asesorar a las familias de estos menores. Las intervenciones con familias centradas en el desarrollo de habilidades educativas son efectivas, ya que ayudan a mejorar el clima familiar, la vinculación entre padres e hijos, y aumentan la percepción de autoeficacia educativa de las familias.
LÍMITES se lleva a cabo en 8 sesiones, utilizando una metodología dinámica, abierta y participativa. En las sesiones se combinan explicaciones breves, práctica de habilidades, apoyo y refuerzo grupal, y tareas para casa.
Objetivos
Reforzar la función educativa de las familias de los menores y jóvenes que pasan por el circuito de la justicia juvenil con el fin de evitar o limitar el uso de drogas y la reincidencia en la transgresión de las normas por parte de los menores y jóvenes.

REINICIATE es un programa de prevención universal familiar y promoción de los buenos usos de las tecnologías de la información, relaciones y comunicación (TIC).
La guía informativa «Educando en el uso de las pantallas» está dirigida a padres, madres y otros familiares, y se acompaña de un taller de apoyo del programa «Reiniciémonos» para promover un proceso de reflexión sobre los usos de las TIC, haciendo énfasis en los usos intensivos o malos usos y en las diferentes conductas de riesgo que pueden asociarse, favoreciendo decisiones más informadas y autónomas en todos sus aspectos; así como dotar a madres, padres y otros familiares de herramientas para educar en un uso saludable de las TIC. De esta manera, se pretende complementar en la familia el trabajo realizado a nivel escolar y comunitario.
La guía informativa contiene información sobre las tecnologías interactivas 2.0, los usos que se hacen de ellas, los problemas asociados que pueden haber –por cómo se utilizan o por otras personas–, y propuestas educativas.

ARICA el desarrollo de un modelo de estrategia colaborativa de prevención comunitaria del consumo de alcohol y otros comportamientos de riesgo entre los adolescentes implica la participación activa de diversas entidades y grupos de la sociedad. Esto incluye asociaciones de padres y madres de alumnos, sus federaciones, grupos informales de familias, padres y madres individualmente, así como entidades profesionales y ciudadanas. Esta red se basa en la participación en línea de las redes sociales y, eventualmente, de manera presencial en el caso de grupos formales.
El objetivo es mantener y ampliar una red que, a través de la colaboración entre organizaciones de familias, entidades, administraciones y el equipo del programa, tenga un impacto en diversos entornos, colectivos y circunstancias que rodean a los adolescentes. Las dinámicas buscan modificar conductas y estrategias preventivas relacionadas con el consumo de alcohol y otras drogas como un comportamiento de riesgo que afecta a otros riesgos de vulnerabilidad durante la adolescencia.
Objectius:
- Modificar factores de riesgo y fortalecer factores de protección familiares asociados a las conductas adictivas mediante el mantenimiento y la ampliación de una red social en Internet colaborativa entre organizaciones de familias, entidades, administraciones y el equipo de coordinación del programa.
- Sensibilizar a las familias ante los riesgos del consumo de drogas y el mal uso de las pantallas que afecta a los adolescentes.
- Informar sobre la prevalencia y las consecuencias del consumo de drogas y pantallas.

TIC, habilidades educativas y posicionamiento
MONITOREO PANTALLAS es un programa familiar de promoción de los buenos usos de las TIC (tecnologías de la información y comunicación) y prevención de adicciones centrada en el entrenamiento de habilidades educativas de padres y madres.
Algunos de los principales factores de riesgo y factores de protección para el uso abusivo de las pantallas y otras conductas problemáticas en la infancia y la adolescencia se encuentran en el entorno familiar. Este es el punto de partida del programa, que pretende fortalecer el entorno familiar mejorando las competencias educativas de las familias. La evidencia científica ha puesto de manifiesto que los programas familiares basados en el entrenamiento de las habilidades parentales se encuentran entre los más eficaces para promover la salud de sus hijos e hijas y evitar otras conductas de riesgo.
MONITOREO PANTALLAS se lleva a cabo en 3 sesiones formativas y de entrenamiento de habilidades en las que se utiliza una metodología dinámica. Se combinan breves explicaciones, modelado, discusiones en grupo, análisis de situaciones, práctica de habilidades y soporte y reforzamiento grupal.
Objetivos
Modificar los factores de riesgo y factores de protección mediante el aumento de los conocimientos sobre las TIC por parte de las familias, la mejora de sus habilidades educativas y la clarificación de la posición familiar en relación con el uso de las TIC.
Enfoque teórico
El programa se ha diseñado según el modelo de ecología social (Kumpfer y Turner, 1990, 1991).
Población destinataria
Madres y padres con hijos e hijas preadolescentes, entre 8 y 14 años.
Actividades / Contenidos
El programa MONITOREO PANTALLAS consta de 3 sesiones, que se desarrollan a lo largo de tres semanas:
- S1. Comunicación familiar 120 minutos.
- S2. Normas y límites. 120 minutos.
- S3. Posición familiar sobre las TIC. 120 minutos.
Durante las sesiones se combina el entrenamiento de habilidades educativas con los contenidos sobre el uso de las TIC. Contenidos:
- Uso adecuado y crítico.
- Prevención de usos problemáticos.
- E-relaciones, consumismo, efectos en el medio ambiente, relaciones Norte-Sur, etc.
