¿DROGAS? EDUCAR PARA PREVENIR es un programa familiar de prevención universal de las drogodependencias con ideas para reflexionar sobre cómo educar a los hijos e hijas y evitar que tengan problemas con las drogas.
El programa gira en torno a una exposición que facilita el análisis, la valoración y el propósito de cambio, si procede, en relación con las pautas educativas que emplean los padres y madres con sus hijos e hijas. Los paneles tratan sobre los aspectos educativos que son relevantes para prevenir el consumo de tabaco, alcohol y otras drogas.
La exposición se complementa con una guía que aporta orientaciones para promover y organizar actividades complementarias en la visita de la exposición.
El programa puede utilizarse como herramienta para la captación de familias para la realización de un programa de prevención familiar más amplio, como pueden ser MONEO, PROTEGO o DÉDALO.
Objetivos

Enfoque teórico
El programa se ha diseñado según el modelo de ecología social (Kumpfer y Turner, 1990, 1991), el modelo ecológico social de promoción de la salud (McLeroy, Bibeau, Steckler y Glanz, 1988), el modelo evolutivo del desarrollo de las conductas problemáticas en la infancia (Conduct Problems Prevention Research Group, 1992) y el modelo de desarrollo social (Catalano y Hawkins, 1996).
Población destinataria
Madres y padres con hijos e hijas preadolescentes y adolescentes, entre 12 y 16 años.

Que No Se Lo Traguen Todo
Alcohol, consumo excesivo de alcohol, consecuencias y análisis crítico
Programa familiar de prevención universal conductas adictivas, diseñado como herramienta para fomentar la reflexión en torno al consumo de alcohol, con orientaciones para padres y madres con hijos e hijas menores de edad.
La guía informativa ¡Que no se lo traguen todo! se dirige a padres y madres, y se acompaña de una charla de apoyo del programa «¿Te lo tragas todo?» para facilitar orientaciones educativas sobre el alcohol con los hijos e hijas menores de edad. De esta forma se pretende complementar desde la familia el trabajo realizado en la misma dirección por otras instancias sociales, a nivel escolar y comunitario.
El desarrollo de los contenidos de la guía y el taller ha contado con la participación de distintas organizaciones implicadas en el programa. Esto ha permitido unificar criterios para favorecer desde casa y en sinergia con la escuela y otros recursos comunitarios, una educación mejor sobre el alcohol en menores, que contribuya al menos a retrasar su edad de inicio del consumo .
Objetivos
Mejorar la información de las familias de los adolescentes en relación al alcohol.
Aumentar la percepción de riesgo en relación al consumo de alcohol.
Analizar y desmontar tópicos y creencias erróneas en relación al alcohol.
Aumentar el grado de conciencia sobre las consecuencias negativas del binge drinking o episodios de consumo intensivo de alcohol.
Reflexionar sobre el posicionamiento familiar en torno al consumo de alcohol en los hijos e hijas.
Enfoque teórico
El programa se ha diseñado en base a modelos sociocognitivos: modelo de creencias, teoría de la acción planificada, modelo transteórico del cambio y teoría del aprendizaje social.

Moneo
Drogas, pantallas, habilidades educativas y posicionamiento
MONEO es un programa familiar de prevención universal de conductas adictivas centrado en el entrenamiento de habilidades educativas de padres y madres.
Algunos de los principales factores de riesgo y factores de protección para el consumo de drogas, el uso abusivo de las pantallas y otras conductas problemáticas en la infancia y la adolescencia se encuentran en el entorno familiar. Éste es el punto de partida del programa, que pretende fortalecer el entorno familiar mejorando las competencias educativas de las familias. La evidencia científica ha puesto de manifiesto que los programas familiares basados en el entrenamiento de habilidades parentales se encuentran entre los más eficaces para prevenir las drogodependencias y otras conductas de riesgo.
MONEO se lleva a cabo en cuatro sesiones formativas y de entrenamiento de habilidades en las que se utiliza una metodología dinámica. Se combinan explicaciones breves, modelado, discusiones en grupo, análisis de situaciones, práctica de habilidades y soporte y reforzamiento grupal.
Objetivos
Modificar los factores de riesgo y factores de protección mediante el aumento de los conocimientos sobre drogas por parte de las familias, la mejora de sus habilidades educativas y la clarificación de la posición familiar en relación con el consumo de drogas.

El programa MONEO consta de cuatro sesiones, que se propone realizar a lo largo de cuatro semanas:

Dédalo
Habilidades educativas, habilidades personales valores y creencias
DÉDALO es un programa familiar de prevención selectiva de las drogodependencias centrado en el entrenamiento de habilidades educativas de los padres y madres y en el trabajo de valores, creencias y habilidades personales y sociales de los hijos e hijas.
En el entorno familiar se acumulan numerosos factores de riesgo y protección, por lo que se ha convertido en un ámbito de intervención prioritario para la prevención. Existen pruebas suficientes que demuestran que la familia juega un papel relevante en la prevención de las drogodependencias. El programa DÉDALO está orientado hacia la minimización de los factores de riesgo y el fortalecimiento de los factores de protección familiar.
El DÉDALO se lleva a cabo a lo largo de 20 sesiones en las que se utiliza una metodología experiencial que facilita que las familias protagonicen su proceso de cambio. En las sesiones se combinan explicaciones breves, práctica de habilidades, soporte y reforzamiento grupal y tareas para casa.
Objetivos
Modificar los factores de riesgo y los factores de protección mediante la mejora de las habilidades educativas de los padres y madres, el fortalecimiento de vínculos afectivos y la clarificación de la posición familiar en relación con el consumo de drogas.

Entrenamiento en parentalidad positiva y habilidades educativas para madres y padres
PROTEJO es un programa de prevención selectiva dirigido a padres y madres con hijos preadolescentes (entre 9 y 13 años de edad aproximadamente), con presencia de factores de riesgo en padres o hijos.
PROTEJO se dirige a mejorar las habilidades educativas parentales que guardan relación con el posterior uso de drogas y otras conductas problemáticas por parte de los hijos: comunicación, reducción de los conflictos familiares, establecimiento de normas y límites, supervisión de la conducta de los hijos, fortalecimiento de los vínculos afectivos entre padres e hijos, y clarificación de la posición de la familiar frente al consumo de drogas y otras conductas problemáticas y su comunicación a los hijos.
La primera edición de PROTEJO la desarrolló la asociación PDS, Promoción y Desarrollo Social en 2001 en versión catalana y en 2004 en versión castellana. Desde entonces, ha ido incrementando su cobertura nacional e internacional, con adaptaciones para otros países, y ha servido de base para el diseño de otros programas. Actualmente forma parte de la base de datos de buenas prácticas europeas (EDDRA) y del registro online de intervenciones basadas en la evidencia (Xchange) del Observatorio Europeo de las Drogas. Entre 2014 y 2016 se ha evaluado con la colaboración de diferentes organizaciones públicas y privadas de Andalucía, Cataluña, Madrid y Valencia, mostrando su eficacia para mejorar las habilidades parentales.
La presente edición del año 2017 (PROTEJO Versión 2) es una versión revisada de la edición original, e incorpora mejoras derivadas de su evaluación.
Objetivos
Promover la parentalidad positiva en los padres y madres con hijos e hijas preadolescentes y la mejora de las habilidades educativas: comunicación, establecimiento de normas y límites, supervisión, fortalecimiento de los vínculos familiares, clarificación de la posición familiar respecto a las conductas problemáticas y de riesgo.
Enfoque teórico
El programa se ha diseñado en base al modelo de ecología social (Kumpfer y Turner, 1990, 1991), el modelo ecológico social de promoción de la salud (McLeroy, Bibeau, Steckler y Glanz, 1988), el modelo evolutivo del desarrollo de las conductas problemáticas en la infancia (Conduct Problems Prevention Research Group, 1992) y el modelo de desarrollo social (Catalano y Hawkins, 1996).

Madres y padres con hijos e hijas preadolescentes, entre 9 y 13 años con riesgo en los padres o madres (ej.: pocas habilidades educativas y de gestión familiar) o en los hijos o hijas (problemas de adaptación y rendimiento escolar o problemas de conducta).

Habilidades y hábitos de conducta
RECONECTA es un servicio familiar de prevención selectiva e indicada de conductas adictivas dirigido a toda la unidad familiar.
Las familias que acumulan factores de vulnerabilidad social y educativa suelen tener dificultades para manejar situaciones cotidianas de la vida familiar. RECONECTA quiere ofrecer una respuesta eficaz, acogedora y continua ante esta problemática. La investigación en el ámbito familiar ha demostrado que los programas dirigidos a mejorar las habilidades educativas de estas familias y apoyar a los niños y jóvenes son efectivos.
RECONNECTA ofrece un conjunto de actuaciones profesionales mediante el trabajo grupal e individual con niños y familia dirigidas a trabajar la adquisición de habilidades y hábitos de conducta, tanto en lo que se refiere a capacidades personales como a capacidades relacionales dirigidas a disminuir la situación de riesgo . Las sesiones grupales con las familias se centran en trabajar habilidades como el establecimiento de normas y límites, la supervisión de la conducta, y habilidades de comunicación, entre otras. Mientras que las sesiones con menores se centran en el trabajo de responsabilidad, actitudes, vinculación escolar, participación comunitaria, resolución de conflictos, emociones y hábitos saludables, entre otros.
Objetivos
Mejorar las habilidades y competencias educativas de madres y padres con niños y adolescentes en situación de riesgo, con un proceso de acompañamiento –a madres, padres y, hijos e hijas–, que les facilite el incremento de las conductas pro-sociales , la reducción de las conductas de riesgo y la mejora de su participación en la red comunitaria.

Familias con niños de entre 6 y 12 años en situación de riesgo de exclusión social.

El servicio RECONECTA se organiza en cinco fases y se desarrolla a lo largo de un año:
1a fase: adaptación del proyecto al municipio donde se implementará.
2a fase: dinamización local del proyecto.
3a fase: acuerdo entre las personas participantes.
4a fase: acompañamiento educativo (6 meses).

Límites
Asesoramiento y habilidades educativas
LÍMITES es un programa familiar de prevención selectiva de las drogodependencias centrado en la mejora de las habilidades educativas de las familias.
Entre los menores y jóvenes que entran en los circuitos de justicia juvenil, se observa una prevalencia elevada de problemáticas relacionadas con el consumo de drogas. El programa LÍMITES propone un modelo psicoeducativo que pretende apoyar y asesorar a las familias de estos menores. Las intervenciones con familias centradas en el desarrollo de habilidades educativas son efectivas, puesto que ayudan a mejorar el clima familiar, la vinculación entre padres y madres e hijos e hijas e incrementan la percepción de autoeficacia educativa de las familias.
LÍMITES se lleva a cabo en 8 sesiones, en las que se utiliza una metodología dinámica, abierta y participativa. En las sesiones se combinan explicaciones breves, práctica de habilidades, soporte y reforzamiento grupal y tareas para casa.
Objetivos
Reforzar la función educativa de las familias de los menores y jóvenes que pasan por el circuito de la justicia juvenil para evitar o limitar el uso de drogas y la reincidencia en la transgresión de las normas por parte de los menores y jóvenes.

El programa se ha diseñado en base al modelo de ecología social (Kumpfer y Turner, 1990, 1991), el modelo ecológico social de promoción de la salud (McLeroy, Bibeau, Steckler y Glanz, 1988), el modelo evolutivo del desarrollo de las conductas problemáticas en la infancia (Conduct Problems Prevention Research Group, 1992) y el modelo de desarrollo social (Catalano y Hawkins, 1996).

Madres y padres con hijos e hijas que han hecho transgresiones que les han llevado a entrar en el circuito de la justicia juvenil.

TIC, reflexión crítica y actitudes
REINICIARSE es un programa de prevención universal familiar y de promoción de los buenos usos de las tecnologías de la información, las relaciones y la comunicación (TIC).
La guía informativa Educante en el uso de las pantallas se dirige a padres, madres y otros familiares, y se acompaña de un taller de apoyo del programa «Reiniciémonos» para promover un proceso de reflexión en torno a los usos de las TIC, haciendo énfasis en los usos intensivos o malos usos y en las diferentes conductas de riesgo que se pueden asociar, favoreciendo decisiones más informadas y autónomas en todos sus aspectos; así como dotar a madres, padres y otros familiares de herramientas para educar en un uso saludable de las TIC. De esta forma se pretende complementar en la familia el trabajo llevado a cabo a nivel escolar y comunitario.
La guía informativa contiene información sobre las tecnologías interactivas 2.0, sus usos, los problemas asociados que pueden existir –por cómo se utilizan o por otras personas–, y propuestas educativas.

Arica
ARICA desarrolla un modelo de estrategia colaborativa de prevención comunitaria del consumo de alcohol y otros comportamientos de riesgo entre los adolescentes, involucrando a asociaciones de padres y madres de alumnos y sus federaciones, grupos informales de familias y madres y padres a título individual y entidades profesionales y ciudadanas. Esta red se basa en la participación de redes sociales online y, eventualmente, de manera presencial en el caso de grupos formales.
La finalidad es mantener y ampliar una red que a partir de la colaboración entre organizaciones de familias, entidades, administraciones y el equipo del programa repercuta en un conjunto de ambientes, colectivos y circunstancias que rodean a los adolescentes. Las dinámicas tratan de modificar conductas y estrategias preventivas en el consumo de alcohol y otras drogas como una conducta de riesgo que afecta a otros riesgos de vulnerabilidad durante la adolescencia.
Objetivos
Modificar factores de riesgo y fortalecer factores de protección familiar asociados a las conductas adictivas mediante el mantenimiento y ampliación de una red social de Internet colaborativa entre organizaciones de familias, entidades, administraciones y el equipo de coordinación del programa.
Sensibilizar a las familias ante los riesgos del consumo de drogas y el mal uso de las pantallas que afecta a los adolescentes.
Informar sobre la prevalencia y las consecuencias del consumo de drogas y pantallas.
Fomentar el empoderamiento de las familias en sus contextos (AMPA, grupos informales, individualmente,…).
Realizar acciones preventivas con familias en situación de riesgo (actuaciones de colaboración en red).

Alcohol, consumo excesivo de alcohol, consecuencias y análisis crítico
Programa familiar de prevención universal conductas adictivas, diseñado como herramienta para fomentar la reflexión en torno al consumo de alcohol, con orientaciones para padres y madres con hijos e hijas menores de edad.
La guía informativa ¡Que no se lo traguen todo! se dirige a padres y madres, y se acompaña de una charla de apoyo del programa «¿Te lo tragas todo?» para facilitar orientaciones educativas sobre el alcohol con los hijos e hijas menores de edad. De esta forma se pretende complementar desde la familia el trabajo realizado en la misma dirección por otras instancias sociales, a nivel escolar y comunitario.
El desarrollo de los contenidos de la guía y el taller ha contado con la participación de distintas organizaciones implicadas en el programa. Esto ha permitido unificar criterios para favorecer desde casa y en sinergia con la escuela y otros recursos comunitarios, una educación mejor sobre el alcohol en menores, que contribuya al menos a retrasar su edad de inicio del consumo .

MONEO es un programa familiar de prevención universal de conductas adictivas centrado en el entrenamiento de habilidades educativas de padres y madres.
Algunos de los principales factores de riesgo y factores de protección para el consumo de drogas, el uso abusivo de las pantallas y otras conductas problemáticas en la infancia y la adolescencia se encuentran en el entorno familiar. Éste es el punto de partida del programa, que pretende fortalecer el entorno familiar mejorando las competencias educativas de las familias. La evidencia científica ha puesto de manifiesto que los programas familiares basados en el entrenamiento de habilidades parentales se encuentran entre los más eficaces para prevenir las drogodependencias y otras conductas de riesgo.
MONEO se lleva a cabo en cuatro sesiones formativas y de entrenamiento de habilidades en las que se utiliza una metodología dinámica. Se combinan explicaciones breves, modelado, discusiones en grupo, análisis de situaciones, práctica de habilidades y soporte y reforzamiento grupal.
Objetivos
Modificar los factores de riesgo y factores de protección mediante el aumento de los conocimientos sobre drogas por parte de las familias, la mejora de sus habilidades educativas y la clarificación de la posición familiar en relación con el consumo de drogas.

DÉDALO es un programa familiar de prevención selectiva de las drogodependencias centrado en el entrenamiento de habilidades educativas de los padres y madres y en el trabajo de valores, creencias y habilidades personales y sociales de los hijos e hijas.
En el entorno familiar se acumulan numerosos factores de riesgo y protección, por lo que se ha convertido en un ámbito de intervención prioritario para la prevención. Existen pruebas suficientes que demuestran que la familia juega un papel relevante en la prevención de las drogodependencias. El programa DÉDALO está orientado hacia la minimización de los factores de riesgo y el fortalecimiento de los factores de protección familiar.
El DÉDALO se lleva a cabo a lo largo de 20 sesiones en las que se utiliza una metodología experiencial que facilita que las familias protagonicen su proceso de cambio. En las sesiones se combinan explicaciones breves, práctica de habilidades, soporte y reforzamiento grupal y tareas para casa.
Objetivos

Entrenamiento en parentalidad positiva y habilidades educativas para madres y padres
PROTEJO es un programa de prevención selectiva dirigido a padres y madres con hijos preadolescentes (entre 9 y 13 años de edad aproximadamente), con presencia de factores de riesgo en padres o hijos.
PROTEJO se dirige a mejorar las habilidades educativas parentales que guardan relación con el posterior uso de drogas y otras conductas problemáticas por parte de los hijos: comunicación, reducción de los conflictos familiares, establecimiento de normas y límites, supervisión de la conducta de los hijos, fortalecimiento de los vínculos afectivos entre padres e hijos, y clarificación de la posición de la familiar frente al consumo de drogas y otras conductas problemáticas y su comunicación a los hijos.
La primera edición de PROTEJO la desarrolló la asociación PDS, Promoción y Desarrollo Social en 2001 en versión catalana y en 2004 en versión castellana. Desde entonces, ha ido incrementando su cobertura nacional e internacional, con adaptaciones para otros países, y ha servido de base para el diseño de otros programas. Actualmente forma parte de la base de datos de buenas prácticas europeas (EDDRA) y del registro online de intervenciones basadas en la evidencia (Xchange) del Observatorio Europeo de las Drogas. Entre 2014 y 2016 se ha evaluado con la colaboración de diferentes organizaciones públicas y privadas de Andalucía, Cataluña, Madrid y Valencia, mostrando su eficacia para mejorar las habilidades parentales.
La presente edición del año 2017 (PROTEJO Versión 2) es una versión revisada de la edición original, e incorpora mejoras derivadas de su evaluación.

Promover la parentalidad positiva en los padres y madres con hijos e hijas preadolescentes y la mejora de las habilidades educativas: comunicación, establecimiento de normas y límites, supervisión, fortalecimiento de los vínculos familiares, clarificación de la posición familiar respecto a las conductas problemáticas y de riesgo.

Habilidades y hábitos de conducta
RECONECTA es un servicio familiar de prevención selectiva e indicada de conductas adictivas dirigido a toda la unidad familiar.
Las familias que acumulan factores de vulnerabilidad social y educativa suelen tener dificultades para manejar situaciones cotidianas de la vida familiar. RECONECTA quiere ofrecer una respuesta eficaz, acogedora y continua ante esta problemática. La investigación en el ámbito familiar ha demostrado que los programas dirigidos a mejorar las habilidades educativas de estas familias y apoyar a los niños y jóvenes son efectivos.
RECONNECTA ofrece un conjunto de actuaciones profesionales mediante el trabajo grupal e individual con niños y familia dirigidas a trabajar la adquisición de habilidades y hábitos de conducta, tanto en lo que se refiere a capacidades personales como a capacidades relacionales dirigidas a disminuir la situación de riesgo . Las sesiones grupales con las familias se centran en trabajar habilidades como el establecimiento de normas y límites, la supervisión de la conducta, y habilidades de comunicación, entre otras. Mientras que las sesiones con menores se centran en el trabajo de responsabilidad, actitudes, vinculación escolar, participación comunitaria, resolución de conflictos, emociones y hábitos saludables, entre otros.
Objetivos
Mejorar las habilidades y competencias educativas de madres y padres con niños y adolescentes en situación de riesgo, con un proceso de acompañamiento –a madres, padres y, hijos e hijas–, que les facilite el incremento de las conductas pro-sociales , la reducción de las conductas de riesgo y la mejora de su participación en la red comunitaria.

LÍMITES es un programa familiar de prevención selectiva de las drogodependencias centrado en la mejora de las habilidades educativas de las familias.
Entre los menores y jóvenes que entran en los circuitos de justicia juvenil, se observa una prevalencia elevada de problemáticas relacionadas con el consumo de drogas. El programa LÍMITES propone un modelo psicoeducativo que pretende apoyar y asesorar a las familias de estos menores. Las intervenciones con familias centradas en el desarrollo de habilidades educativas son efectivas, puesto que ayudan a mejorar el clima familiar, la vinculación entre padres y madres e hijos e hijas e incrementan la percepción de autoeficacia educativa de las familias.
LÍMITES se lleva a cabo en 8 sesiones, en las que se utiliza una metodología dinámica, abierta y participativa. En las sesiones se combinan explicaciones breves, práctica de habilidades, soporte y reforzamiento grupal y tareas para casa.
Objetivos
Reforzar la función educativa de las familias de los menores y jóvenes que pasan por el circuito de la justicia juvenil para evitar o limitar el uso de drogas y la reincidencia en la transgresión de las normas por parte de los menores y jóvenes.

REINICIARSE es un programa de prevención universal familiar y de promoción de los buenos usos de las tecnologías de la información, las relaciones y la comunicación (TIC).
La guía informativa Educante en el uso de las pantallas se dirige a padres, madres y otros familiares, y se acompaña de un taller de apoyo del programa «Reiniciémonos» para promover un proceso de reflexión en torno a los usos de las TIC, haciendo énfasis en los usos intensivos o malos usos y en las diferentes conductas de riesgo que se pueden asociar, favoreciendo decisiones más informadas y autónomas en todos sus aspectos; así como dotar a madres, padres y otros familiares de herramientas para educar en un uso saludable de las TIC. De esta forma se pretende complementar en la familia el trabajo llevado a cabo a nivel escolar y comunitario.

ARICA desarrolla un modelo de estrategia colaborativa de prevención comunitaria del consumo de alcohol y otros comportamientos de riesgo entre los adolescentes, involucrando a asociaciones de padres y madres de alumnos y sus federaciones, grupos informales de familias y madres y padres a título individual y entidades profesionales y ciudadanas. Esta red se basa en la participación de redes sociales online y, eventualmente, de manera presencial en el caso de grupos formales.
La finalidad es mantener y ampliar una red que a partir de la colaboración entre organizaciones de familias, entidades, administraciones y el equipo del programa repercuta en un conjunto de ambientes, colectivos y circunstancias que rodean a los adolescentes. Las dinámicas tratan de modificar conductas y estrategias preventivas en el consumo de alcohol y otras drogas como una conducta de riesgo que afecta a otros riesgos de vulnerabilidad durante la adolescencia.
Objetivos
Modificar factores de riesgo y fortalecer factores de protección familiar asociados a las conductas adictivas mediante el mantenimiento y ampliación de una red social de Internet colaborativa entre organizaciones de familias, entidades, administraciones y el equipo de coordinación del programa.
Sensibilizar a las familias ante los riesgos del consumo de drogas y el mal uso de las pantallas que afecta a los adolescentes.
