Formación en Prevención de Conductas Potencialmente Adictivas
La Asociación PDS cuenta con una amplia gama de programas de prevención de conductas adictivas y promoción de la salud. Estos programas suelen ir acompañados de una guía o manual de aplicación. Sin embargo, para aplicarlos adecuadamente, es muy recomendable recibir formación y asesoramiento por parte del equipo que los ha diseñado.
La formación de profesionales para la aplicación de intervenciones es una herramienta básica para garantizar la fidelidad, asegurar los elementos del programa necesarios para alcanzar los objetivos y saber qué otros elementos se pueden adaptar a cada territorio, lengua o cultura, para aumentar la capacidad profesional para aplicarlos y contribuir a su sostenibilidad.
El equipo de profesionales de la Asociación PDS forma, acompaña y asesora en la aplicación de las intervenciones y programas de la entidad.
Objetivos:
- Proporcionar conocimientos teóricos y estrategias prácticas para capacitar equipos de profesionales en la aplicación de un programa.
- Facilitar la puesta en práctica del programa.
Enfoque teórico:
La formación se diseña de acuerdo con los estándares profesionales para el ejercicio de intervenciones de prevención y/o promoción de la salud (IUHPE, 2016) y con el aprendizaje práctico de los enfoques teóricos de los diferentes programas.
Población destinataria:
Profesionales que apliquen intervenciones o programas de prevención o de promoción de la salud.
Actividades / Contenidos:
El formato general de las formaciones que realiza PDS es el siguiente:
Parte teórica: se transmiten contenidos relevantes relativos a la temática de interés orientados a incrementar conocimientos, clarificar falsas creencias y cambiar actitudes favorables a la aplicación del programa.
Parte práctica: se trabajan habilidades generales (planificación, evaluación, comunicación, etc.) y específicas (determinantes psicosociales que se trabajan en el programa).
La metodología combina las dos partes. Pero el peso relativo de ambas es diferente, la teórica suele tener un 30% y la práctica, un 70%. En la formación se utilizan estrategias formativas como la exposición, el modelado y la práctica guiada mediante talleres de habilidades, actividades de resolución de problemas, entre otras.
La duración se adapta a los objetivos formativos.

Elaboración de Materiales Preventivos
EINES es un servicio de diseño de materiales preventivos y educativos dirigido tanto a la población destinataria como a los profesionales que implementan intervenciones preventivas o de promoción de la salud.
Los materiales educativos son una de las herramientas más utilizadas para difundir mensajes de salud a la población y también son una herramienta muy útil para formar, apoyar y asesorar a profesionales que trabajan en el ámbito de la prevención y la promoción de la salud. Sin embargo, diseñar materiales preventivos requiere experiencia, invertir recursos y llevar a cabo una serie de tareas que otorgan calidad al proceso.
El servicio EINES proporciona un proceso metodológico de elaboración de materiales riguroso y de calidad, basado en las recomendaciones de las guías de planificación de intervenciones en salud.
Objetivos:
- Diseñar materiales educativos y de promoción de la salud dirigidos a diferentes poblaciones (niños, jóvenes, familias, profesionales, etc.).
- Asesorar y brindar apoyo a profesionales y otras personas interesadas en el diseño de materiales preventivos y de promoción de la salud.
Enfoque teórico:
El servicio se ha diseñado siguiendo guías de planificación de intervenciones: «Making Health Communication Programs Work» (Departamento de Salud y Servicios Humanos de EE. UU.) y «Guia de recomendaciones para la planificación de las intervenciones en prevención sobre drogas» (Departamento de Salud, 2016).
Población destinataria:
Población susceptible de recibir intervenciones de prevención y promoción de la salud.
Profesionales que diseñan materiales de prevención o de promoción de la salud.
Actividades / Contenidos:
El servicio EINES consiste en un proceso metodológico de seis fases:
- Concreción de la demanda (objetivos, características de la población, formato, presupuesto, etc.).
- Constitución del equipo de diseño (profesionales y población).
- Revisión de la evidencia (determinantes, materiales similares y contenidos).
- Elaboración de contenidos, mensajes, formato y diseño (gráfico, virtual) de los materiales.
- Desarrollo de pruebas piloto, incorporación de cambios y preparación para la edición de los materiales.
- Entrega del material y evaluación del servicio.

Diagnóstico y Detección de Necesidades en Conductas Adictivas
El diagnóstico y la detección de necesidades es una de las primeras fases en la elaboración de planes locales de prevención de drogodependencias.
La elaboración de un diagnóstico es un elemento clave para identificar las necesidades en materia de prevención, detectar intervenciones que se están llevando a cabo en el territorio, priorizar poblaciones y ámbitos de actuación y proponer formas de estructurar el Plan de prevención de drogodependencias, entre otros aspectos.
El servicio de diagnóstico y detección de necesidades consiste en un proceso analítico que se estructura en cuatro fases e incorpora una serie de herramientas conceptuales y metodológicas para explorar la población del territorio en materia de drogas.
Objetivos:
- Proporcionar herramientas analíticas y conceptuales para la elaboración de un plan local de prevención de drogodependencias.
- Analizar el fenómeno relacionado con el consumo de drogas en el territorio.
- Observar la diferencia entre la situación actual y una situación más favorable para la prevención de drogodependencias.
Enfoque teórico:
El servicio se ha diseñado siguiendo diferentes guías de planificación de intervenciones: «Plan local de prevención de drogodependencias. Orientaciones para el diagnóstico» (Diputació de Barcelona, 2016) y «Guía de recomendaciones para la planificación de las intervenciones en prevención sobre drogas» (Departament de Salut, 2016).

Profesionales de administraciones públicas o de entidades privadas interesadas en la realización de estudios de salud.
Actividades / Contenidos:
El servicio de DIAGNÓSTICO Y DETECCIÓN DE NECESIDADES consiste en un proceso metodológico de 4 fases:
- Preparación del diagnóstico (definición del alcance y la población a la que va dirigido el plan, elaboración del mapa de actores, definición del marco de participación pública del diagnóstico y redacción de las características del municipio).
- Desarrollo del diagnóstico (listado de recursos y acciones preventivas, obtención de indicadores, realización de entrevistas y grupos de discusión).
- Conclusiones del diagnóstico (elaboración del DAFO y redacción del informe).
- Presentación del informe diagnóstico y de detección de necesidades.

Encuestas sobre consumos de drogas y usos de pantallas
La elaboración de encuestas sobre hábitos relacionados con el consumo de drogas puede ser un complemento muy valioso en el diagnóstico y detección de necesidades. Estas encuestas suelen ser la base de los estudios poblacionales y consisten en la recopilación de datos primarios de una muestra representativa de la población.
Las encuestas proporcionan información relevante y más real sobre las características y perfiles de consumo de drogas en el territorio. Pueden brindarnos información sobre características sociodemográficas, tipos, motivos y escenarios de consumo, determinantes psicosociales del consumo (creencias, actitudes, habilidades, etc.), determinantes de entorno (como pautas educativas familiares), otros hábitos de salud, etc.
El servicio de elaboración de encuestas consiste en un proceso que incluye la elaboración del instrumento, la recopilación de datos en la población y el análisis y presentación de resultados.
Objetivos:
- Proporcionar herramientas analíticas y conceptuales para la elaboración de un plan local de prevención de drogodependencias.
- Conocer los hábitos de consumo de drogas de la población de un territorio.
Enfoque teórico:
El servicio ha sido diseñado siguiendo las guías metodológicas y otros instrumentos utilizados en estudios sobre consumo de drogas: «Plan local de prevención de drogodependencias. Orientaciones para el diagnóstico» (Diputació de Barcelona, 2016), «Enquesta sobre ús de drogues en Ensenyament Secundari» (PNSD), «Enquesta sobre alcohol i altres drogues a Espanya» (PNSD).

El servicio de ELABORACIÓN DE ENCUESTAS DE HÁBITOS RELACIONADOS CON EL CONSUMO DE DROGAS consiste en un proceso metodológico de 4 fases:
- Preparación de la encuesta (definición de la metodología de recopilación de información, selección de la muestra, tamaño de la muestra, definición del muestreo, delimitación del estudio y elaboración del instrumento).
- Aplicación de la encuesta.
- Análisis de resultados (conclusiones y elaboración del informe).
- Presentación de los resultados de la encuesta.

Planes Locales de Prevención de Conductas Adictivas.
Un plan local de prevención de drogodependencias (PLPD) es un conjunto coordinado y planificado de programas, proyectos y acciones en materia de drogodependencias en el que se manifiesta la voluntad de la Administración local de materializar las competencias que le atribuyen las leyes.
Con la elaboración de un PLPD se da respuesta a la necesidad de un municipio de reducir los problemas relacionados con las drogas desde un punto de vista preventivo y haciendo referencia a la corresponsabilidad de los diferentes actores sociales, organizaciones e instituciones en la respuesta a los problemas relacionados con el consumo de drogas en el municipio. Además, un PLPD permite estructurar los objetivos y las acciones preventivas y dotarlas de continuidad.
El servicio de elaboración del PLPD propone un acompañamiento profesional a los técnicos municipales para definir cómo abordar el fenómeno de las drogodependencias en el territorio.
Objetivos:
- Elaborar, revisar y mejorar el PLPD en un territorio específico.
- Asesorar y brindar apoyo a profesionales y otras personas interesadas en el diseño del PLPD.
Enfoque teórico:
El servicio ha sido diseñado siguiendo diversas guías de planificación de intervenciones, tales como el «Pla local de prevenció de drogodependències. Orientacions per al diagnòstic» de la Diputació de Barcelona en 2016, y la «Guia de recomanacions per a la planificació de les intervencions en prevenció sobre drogues» del Departament de Salut en 2016.

El servicio de ELABORACIÓN DE PLPD consta de un proceso metodológico de 4 fases:
1a fase: Preparación del plan (aprobación de la propuesta de elaboración del PLPD, creación del grupo motor, la comisión política y la comisión técnica, la elaboración del cronograma y la justificación).
2a fase: Elaboración de la propuesta del plan (introducción: marco teórico y principios rectores, marco legal, diagnóstico y detección de necesidades, definición de objetivos generales y específicos, estructura del plan, organigrama, definición de las acciones a realizar, delimitación de los procedimientos de evaluación).
3a fase: Aprobación del plan.
4a fase: Presentación del plan.

Estudios de Salud
Los hábitos relacionados con la salud son un elemento clave del estilo de vida, y este es uno de los determinantes más importantes que condiciona la salud de la población. Conocer los hábitos de salud de una población es un paso necesario para planificar intervenciones preventivas, educativas y/o de promoción de la salud.
Los estudios de hábitos de salud proporcionan información sobre la prevalencia de los comportamientos de riesgo y protección, las poblaciones prioritarias a quienes dirigir intervenciones, los determinantes psicosociales asociados a los hábitos de salud, entre otros aspectos. Esta información es muy valiosa para planificar intervenciones de prevención y/o promoción de la salud.
Los estudios sobre hábitos de salud se elaboran a partir de la consecución de unas fases que van desde la priorización de unos objetivos, la elaboración de los instrumentos de medida, hasta la redacción de unos informes de resultados orientados a la planificación de intervenciones.
Objetivo
Conocer los estilos de vida relacionados con la salud de la población.
Enfoque teórico
El planteamiento general de los estudios de salud se realiza con el modelo de determinantes de la salud de la OMS (Dahlgren y Whitehead, 1991) y la Guía de recomendaciones para la planificación de las intervenciones en prevención sobre drogas (Departamento de Salud, 2016).

La elaboración de ESTUDIOS DE HÁBITOS DE SALUD consta de cuatro fases:
1ª fase: preparación del estudio. Definición de objetivos, determinación y selección de la población, elección de un enfoque cualitativo y/o cuantitativo, definición de indicadores, elaboración de los instrumentos de medida y preparación de los materiales y documentos necesarios para la aplicación, así como formación de las personas aplicadoras (encuestadores, entrevistadores, etc.).
2ª fase: desarrollo del estudio. Contacto y captación de la población, recogida de datos (cualitativos y/o cuantitativos) y seguimiento y asesoramiento a las personas aplicadoras.
3ª fase: informatización y análisis de datos.
4ª fase: elaboración y presentación del informe de resultados orientados a la planificación de intervenciones de prevención y/o promoción de la salud.

Evaluación Formativa
La evaluación formativa es un proceso de recopilación de información sobre los componentes clave necesarios para diseñar una intervención de prevención y/o promoción de la salud. Estos componentes pueden ser los determinantes psicosociales, conductuales y del entorno asociados a diferentes problemas de salud, el formato preferido de la intervención para la población, el perfil más adecuado de la población aplicadora, los materiales más relevantes para la población, los escenarios de intervención, entre otros.
La información obtenida de una evaluación formativa se utiliza para diseñar intervenciones de prevención y/o promoción de la salud relevantes para una población específica.
La evaluación formativa es un estudio que intenta obtener datos de naturaleza muy diversa y, por lo tanto, combina diferentes tipos de metodologías de investigación. Se elabora un informe de resultados que proporciona recomendaciones para planificar una intervención de prevención y/o promoción de la salud en una población concreta.
Objetivos
Conocer los determinantes psicosociales, conductuales y del entorno, así como otros componentes clave para diseñar una intervención de prevención y/o promoción de la salud.
Enfoque teórico
El diseño de la evaluación formativa se realiza mediante el modelo PRECEDE (Green & Kreuter, 2004) y la Guía de recomendaciones para la planificación de las intervenciones en prevención sobre drogas (Departamento de Salud, 2016).
Población destinataria
Profesionales de administraciones públicas o de entidades privadas interesados en la realización de una evaluación formativa de una intervención.

La EVALUACIÓN FORMATIVA se realiza en cuatro fases:

Evaluación de Intervenciones
La evaluación de intervenciones se lleva a cabo cuando se desea verificar si es eficaz y alcanza los objetivos previstos. Este conocimiento es muy valioso porque permite confiar en que la intervención puede producir cambios beneficiosos en la población a la que se dirige.
La evaluación de resultados de una intervención requiere de un proceso de reflexión previo para configurar un equipo de trabajo con diferentes profesionales, perfilar los objetivos de evaluación, seleccionar el diseño de investigación, elegir la combinación de técnicas de recolección de datos más adecuadas, entre otras acciones.
La evaluación de intervenciones que se realiza incluye tanto el desarrollo de todo el proceso, instrumentos e informes de evaluación, como también la aplicación de la intervención evaluada.

Evaluar la eficacia y la calidad de una intervención de prevención y/o promoción de la salud.
Enfoque teórico
En el diseño de una evaluación se tienen en cuenta los diseños evaluativos empleados en salud pública junto con los enfoques de planificación Intervention Mapping (Parcel et al., 2006) y el modelo PRECEDE (Green y Kreuter, 2004).

Profesionales de administraciones públicas o entidades privadas interesados en la evaluación de intervenciones.

La EVALUACIÓN DE UNA INTERVENCIÓN se realiza en cinco fases:
1ª fase: diseño del estudio y configuración del equipo de trabajo. Definición de objetivos, determinación y selección de la población, selección del tipo de diseño de investigación, elaboración de los indicadores y de los instrumentos de medición.
2ª fase: preparación de la evaluación y aplicación de la intervención. Contacto y captación de la población, preparación de la documentación, formación a las personas aplicadoras.
3ª fase: desarrollo de la intervención y recogida de datos de evaluación.
4ª fase: informatización de datos, control de calidad y análisis de datos.
5ª fase: elaboración y presentación del informe de resultados sobre la calidad y la eficacia de la intervención de prevención y/o promoción de la salud.

La violencia machista es la manifestación máxima de la desigualdad de género. Nos ha acompañado a lo largo de la historia y la encontramos de manera transversal en todos los ámbitos socializadores. Tener en cuenta la perspectiva de género en las intervenciones preventivas con adolescentes es importante para fomentar un cambio social y evitar continuar reproduciendo las violencias machistas.
Esta guía se dirige, principalmente, a los profesionales que intervienen en la prevención de las infecciones de transmisión sexual (ITS) y en la educación afectiva y sexual de los adolescentes, quienes, aunque tienen conocimientos sobre estrategias preventivas y en materia de salud sexual e ITS, disponen de información limitada y poco profunda con relación a la perspectiva de género y a las violencias machistas.
Aporta elementos para despertar la sensibilidad hacia la perspectiva de género y proporciona suficiente conocimiento general para tenerla en cuenta cuando organizamos talleres de prevención contra las infecciones de transmisión sexual (ITS) y sobre sexualidad y afectividad con grupos de adolescentes.
Sus objetivos se resumen en cuatro puntos:
- Sensibilizar sobre las violencias sexuales y las desigualdades de género asociadas.
- Ofrecer pautas de actuación sobre cómo debemos incorporar la prevención de las violencias machistas en los talleres para protegerse de las ITS y en la educación sexual y afectiva.
- Orientar, de manera general, sobre cómo actuar en caso de detectar alguna situación de violencia machista en un taller con adolescentes.
- Facilitar el autoanálisis para saber hasta qué punto se incorpora la perspectiva de género en los talleres de prevención contra las ITS y sobre educación sexual y afectiva.

EINES es un servicio de diseño de materiales preventivos y educativos dirigido tanto a la población destinataria como a los profesionales que implementan intervenciones preventivas o de promoción de la salud.
Los materiales educativos son una de las herramientas más utilizadas para difundir mensajes de salud a la población y también son una herramienta muy útil para formar, apoyar y asesorar a profesionales que trabajan en el ámbito de la prevención y la promoción de la salud. Sin embargo, diseñar materiales preventivos requiere experiencia, invertir recursos y llevar a cabo una serie de tareas que otorgan calidad al proceso.
El servicio EINES proporciona un proceso metodológico de elaboración de materiales riguroso y de calidad, basado en las recomendaciones de las guías de planificación de intervenciones en salud.
Objetivos:
- Diseñar materiales educativos y de promoción de la salud dirigidos a diferentes poblaciones (niños, jóvenes, familias, profesionales, etc.).
- Asesorar y brindar apoyo a profesionales y otras personas interesadas en el diseño de materiales preventivos y de promoción de la salud.
Enfoque teórico:
El servicio se ha diseñado siguiendo guías de planificación de intervenciones: «Making Health Communication Programs Work» (Departamento de Salud y Servicios Humanos de EE. UU.) y «Guia de recomendaciones para la planificación de las intervenciones en prevención sobre drogas» (Departamento de Salud, 2016).

Población susceptible de recibir intervenciones de prevención y promoción de la salud.

Actividades / Contenidos:
El servicio EINES consiste en un proceso metodológico de seis fases:
- Concreción de la demanda (objetivos, características de la población, formato, presupuesto, etc.).
- Constitución del equipo de diseño (profesionales y población).
- Revisión de la evidencia (determinantes, materiales similares y contenidos).
- Elaboración de contenidos, mensajes, formato y diseño (gráfico, virtual) de los materiales.
- Desarrollo de pruebas piloto, incorporación de cambios y preparación para la edición de los materiales.
- Entrega del material y evaluación del servicio.

Diagnóstico y Detección de Necesidades en Conductas Adictivas
El diagnóstico y la detección de necesidades es una de las primeras fases en la elaboración de planes locales de prevención de drogodependencias.
La elaboración de un diagnóstico es un elemento clave para identificar las necesidades en materia de prevención, detectar intervenciones que se están llevando a cabo en el territorio, priorizar poblaciones y ámbitos de actuación y proponer formas de estructurar el Plan de prevención de drogodependencias, entre otros aspectos.
El servicio de diagnóstico y detección de necesidades consiste en un proceso analítico que se estructura en cuatro fases e incorpora una serie de herramientas conceptuales y metodológicas para explorar la población del territorio en materia de drogas.
Objetivos:
- Proporcionar herramientas analíticas y conceptuales para la elaboración de un plan local de prevención de drogodependencias.
- Analizar el fenómeno relacionado con el consumo de drogas en el territorio.
- Observar la diferencia entre la situación actual y una situación más favorable para la prevención de drogodependencias.

El servicio se ha diseñado siguiendo diferentes guías de planificación de intervenciones: «Plan local de prevención de drogodependencias. Orientaciones para el diagnóstico» (Diputació de Barcelona, 2016) y «Guía de recomendaciones para la planificación de las intervenciones en prevención sobre drogas» (Departament de Salut, 2016).

El servicio de DIAGNÓSTICO Y DETECCIÓN DE NECESIDADES consiste en un proceso metodológico de 4 fases:
- Preparación del diagnóstico (definición del alcance y la población a la que va dirigido el plan, elaboración del mapa de actores, definición del marco de participación pública del diagnóstico y redacción de las características del municipio).
- Desarrollo del diagnóstico (listado de recursos y acciones preventivas, obtención de indicadores, realización de entrevistas y grupos de discusión).
- Conclusiones del diagnóstico (elaboración del DAFO y redacción del informe).
- Presentación del informe diagnóstico y de detección de necesidades.

Encuestas sobre consumos de drogas y usos de pantallas
La elaboración de encuestas sobre hábitos relacionados con el consumo de drogas puede ser un complemento muy valioso en el diagnóstico y detección de necesidades. Estas encuestas suelen ser la base de los estudios poblacionales y consisten en la recopilación de datos primarios de una muestra representativa de la población.
Las encuestas proporcionan información relevante y más real sobre las características y perfiles de consumo de drogas en el territorio. Pueden brindarnos información sobre características sociodemográficas, tipos, motivos y escenarios de consumo, determinantes psicosociales del consumo (creencias, actitudes, habilidades, etc.), determinantes de entorno (como pautas educativas familiares), otros hábitos de salud, etc.
El servicio de elaboración de encuestas consiste en un proceso que incluye la elaboración del instrumento, la recopilación de datos en la población y el análisis y presentación de resultados.
Objetivos:
- Proporcionar herramientas analíticas y conceptuales para la elaboración de un plan local de prevención de drogodependencias.
- Conocer los hábitos de consumo de drogas de la población de un territorio.

El servicio ha sido diseñado siguiendo las guías metodológicas y otros instrumentos utilizados en estudios sobre consumo de drogas: «Plan local de prevención de drogodependencias. Orientaciones para el diagnóstico» (Diputació de Barcelona, 2016), «Enquesta sobre ús de drogues en Ensenyament Secundari» (PNSD), «Enquesta sobre alcohol i altres drogues a Espanya» (PNSD).

El servicio de ELABORACIÓN DE ENCUESTAS DE HÁBITOS RELACIONADOS CON EL CONSUMO DE DROGAS consiste en un proceso metodológico de 4 fases:
- Preparación de la encuesta (definición de la metodología de recopilación de información, selección de la muestra, tamaño de la muestra, definición del muestreo, delimitación del estudio y elaboración del instrumento).
- Aplicación de la encuesta.

Planes Locales de Prevención de Conductas Adictivas.
Un plan local de prevención de drogodependencias (PLPD) es un conjunto coordinado y planificado de programas, proyectos y acciones en materia de drogodependencias en el que se manifiesta la voluntad de la Administración local de materializar las competencias que le atribuyen las leyes.
Con la elaboración de un PLPD se da respuesta a la necesidad de un municipio de reducir los problemas relacionados con las drogas desde un punto de vista preventivo y haciendo referencia a la corresponsabilidad de los diferentes actores sociales, organizaciones e instituciones en la respuesta a los problemas relacionados con el consumo de drogas en el municipio. Además, un PLPD permite estructurar los objetivos y las acciones preventivas y dotarlas de continuidad.
El servicio de elaboración del PLPD propone un acompañamiento profesional a los técnicos municipales para definir cómo abordar el fenómeno de las drogodependencias en el territorio.

- Elaborar, revisar y mejorar el PLPD en un territorio específico.
- Asesorar y brindar apoyo a profesionales y otras personas interesadas en el diseño del PLPD.

El servicio de ELABORACIÓN DE PLPD consta de un proceso metodológico de 4 fases:
1a fase: Preparación del plan (aprobación de la propuesta de elaboración del PLPD, creación del grupo motor, la comisión política y la comisión técnica, la elaboración del cronograma y la justificación).
2a fase: Elaboración de la propuesta del plan (introducción: marco teórico y principios rectores, marco legal, diagnóstico y detección de necesidades, definición de objetivos generales y específicos, estructura del plan, organigrama, definición de las acciones a realizar, delimitación de los procedimientos de evaluación).

Estudios de Salud
Los hábitos relacionados con la salud son un elemento clave del estilo de vida, y este es uno de los determinantes más importantes que condiciona la salud de la población. Conocer los hábitos de salud de una población es un paso necesario para planificar intervenciones preventivas, educativas y/o de promoción de la salud.
Los estudios de hábitos de salud proporcionan información sobre la prevalencia de los comportamientos de riesgo y protección, las poblaciones prioritarias a quienes dirigir intervenciones, los determinantes psicosociales asociados a los hábitos de salud, entre otros aspectos. Esta información es muy valiosa para planificar intervenciones de prevención y/o promoción de la salud.
Los estudios sobre hábitos de salud se elaboran a partir de la consecución de unas fases que van desde la priorización de unos objetivos, la elaboración de los instrumentos de medida, hasta la redacción de unos informes de resultados orientados a la planificación de intervenciones.
Objetivo
Conocer los estilos de vida relacionados con la salud de la población.
Enfoque teórico
El planteamiento general de los estudios de salud se realiza con el modelo de determinantes de la salud de la OMS (Dahlgren y Whitehead, 1991) y la Guía de recomendaciones para la planificación de las intervenciones en prevención sobre drogas (Departamento de Salud, 2016).

La elaboración de ESTUDIOS DE HÁBITOS DE SALUD consta de cuatro fases:

Evaluación Formativa
La evaluación formativa es un proceso de recopilación de información sobre los componentes clave necesarios para diseñar una intervención de prevención y/o promoción de la salud. Estos componentes pueden ser los determinantes psicosociales, conductuales y del entorno asociados a diferentes problemas de salud, el formato preferido de la intervención para la población, el perfil más adecuado de la población aplicadora, los materiales más relevantes para la población, los escenarios de intervención, entre otros.
La información obtenida de una evaluación formativa se utiliza para diseñar intervenciones de prevención y/o promoción de la salud relevantes para una población específica.
La evaluación formativa es un estudio que intenta obtener datos de naturaleza muy diversa y, por lo tanto, combina diferentes tipos de metodologías de investigación. Se elabora un informe de resultados que proporciona recomendaciones para planificar una intervención de prevención y/o promoción de la salud en una población concreta.
Objetivos
Conocer los determinantes psicosociales, conductuales y del entorno, así como otros componentes clave para diseñar una intervención de prevención y/o promoción de la salud.
Enfoque teórico
El diseño de la evaluación formativa se realiza mediante el modelo PRECEDE (Green & Kreuter, 2004) y la Guía de recomendaciones para la planificación de las intervenciones en prevención sobre drogas (Departamento de Salud, 2016).

Evaluación de Intervenciones
La evaluación de intervenciones se lleva a cabo cuando se desea verificar si es eficaz y alcanza los objetivos previstos. Este conocimiento es muy valioso porque permite confiar en que la intervención puede producir cambios beneficiosos en la población a la que se dirige.
La evaluación de resultados de una intervención requiere de un proceso de reflexión previo para configurar un equipo de trabajo con diferentes profesionales, perfilar los objetivos de evaluación, seleccionar el diseño de investigación, elegir la combinación de técnicas de recolección de datos más adecuadas, entre otras acciones.
La evaluación de intervenciones que se realiza incluye tanto el desarrollo de todo el proceso, instrumentos e informes de evaluación, como también la aplicación de la intervención evaluada.

Evaluar la eficacia y la calidad de una intervención de prevención y/o promoción de la salud.
Enfoque teórico
En el diseño de una evaluación se tienen en cuenta los diseños evaluativos empleados en salud pública junto con los enfoques de planificación Intervention Mapping (Parcel et al., 2006) y el modelo PRECEDE (Green y Kreuter, 2004).

La violencia machista es la manifestación máxima de la desigualdad de género. Nos ha acompañado a lo largo de la historia y la encontramos de manera transversal en todos los ámbitos socializadores. Tener en cuenta la perspectiva de género en las intervenciones preventivas con adolescentes es importante para fomentar un cambio social y evitar continuar reproduciendo las violencias machistas.
Esta guía se dirige, principalmente, a los profesionales que intervienen en la prevención de las infecciones de transmisión sexual (ITS) y en la educación afectiva y sexual de los adolescentes, quienes, aunque tienen conocimientos sobre estrategias preventivas y en materia de salud sexual e ITS, disponen de información limitada y poco profunda con relación a la perspectiva de género y a las violencias machistas.
Aporta elementos para despertar la sensibilidad hacia la perspectiva de género y proporciona suficiente conocimiento general para tenerla en cuenta cuando organizamos talleres de prevención contra las infecciones de transmisión sexual (ITS) y sobre sexualidad y afectividad con grupos de adolescentes.
Sus objetivos se resumen en cuatro puntos:
- Sensibilizar sobre las violencias sexuales y las desigualdades de género asociadas.
- Ofrecer pautas de actuación sobre cómo debemos incorporar la prevención de las violencias machistas en los talleres para protegerse de las ITS y en la educación sexual y afectiva.
- Orientar, de manera general, sobre cómo actuar en caso de detectar alguna situación de violencia machista en un taller con adolescentes.
- Facilitar el autoanálisis para saber hasta qué punto se incorpora la perspectiva de género en los talleres de prevención contra las ITS y sobre educación sexual y afectiva.
